“Quiet residence. Nice sized lot, probably 2 acres. Lots of fun stuff to do, ie. Game shelf, bird feeders, large gaming/dining table, fun/excercise room in converted garage, big fire pit, hot tub, large back porch, swingbench, and sitting benches, horse shoe pits, nice round about driveway, and more.
