“We had a nice long weekend at this property. It’s a perfect location in a great neighborhood, centrally located via walking to Butler St and all the shops and restaurants in downtown Saugatuck. It was a 5 minute drive to our Dune ride. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the quiet street and enjoyed playing catch with my son at the ball field across the street. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.”

“The house was beautiful. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.There was plenty of space for the nine of us to be together and also plenty of space to be separate. The location was great. We were able to walk to the shops and eateries. We loved the hot tub and sauna.”

“Had a good trip in Saugatuck/Holland and was the perfect place for our group of guys to hang out and relax. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect, and the pool table was a blast. The space was perfect for 12 people to not feel crowded.”

“Great property, very clean and well appointed. The deck and back yard are very nicely furnished with pretty landscaping. The entry to the cottage was a bit complicated and it should say in the directions that the entry is the back door. Overall it is a great cottage and we would like to return.”

“this home had a great location and lots of space for a big group. The rooms and bathrooms were nicely updated. The bedding could use upgrading, and it is warm in the upstairs bedrooms on a hot evening, but we loved the place and were very happy.”

“The Farmhouse was spacious and clean. We loved the screened in patio, pool table, and hot tub. Being within walking distance to the shops in Saugatuck was also a huge plus. Would recommend a visit.”

“We had such a great time staying in this home. It was super clean and the space fit our group perfectly. We all enjoyed the pool especially the grandkids. We spent so much time at the house because of the pool. There is also alot to do in the area for kids and adults. This house was very well supplied with the essentials and some extra things. Really hope to be able to stay here again. We all felt it was the best house we have rented so far.”

“We were here for our brother/father/father-in-law's memorial service, so it was a sad time, but the house and location were perfect. We spent a lot of time on the side decks and front porch and even watered the herbs and tomato plant. Appreciated the non-traditional lawn. We enjoyed the short walk to a nice beach on Lake Michigan. Would definitely stay again, hopefully in happier times. Nicely furnished with very modern kitchen. Would have appreciated some smaller bed pillows and better...

“We booked this location specifically because we were looking for a hot tub. We ended up getting about 30 minutes of enjoyment before it broke. We messaged Ethan and he was able to send someone out that day, but it was broken and needed a part, which meant it was down for our stay. The place is has a good sized living room and kitchen which made for a good place to hang out. We enjoyed our time in this location and had it been warmer weather we would have enjoyed the pool too!
