This place was exactly what we need for our trip. Only two things I think would help make our stay better would be having a broom of some sorts for sweeping up any mess or crumbs in the kitchen area and better quality pillows. Other than that ... we were very happy with everything.

Awesome location! Super clean and pretty inside. Very safe. It also had a great kitchen that we didn’t use… but would have if we stayed longer. And washer/dryer is always great on vacation.

We were pleased with our stay. I never met any staff members because of the set-up and property type. I rated okay as did not have an option to choose N/A. My only complaint is the one nightstand in the room. I had to put my phone, glasses, and water on the floor next to my side of the bed. The hotel communicated well via email regarding checking in and out, etc.

Very nice room. Excellent location. No one was at the front desk as advertised (10-6pm). Both main lobby elevators were not working and I was on the 10th floor. Luckily, a resident showed me where to find the fright elevator. I subsequently showed several other guests where to access the freight elevators. Worried in the event of an emergency, i.e., slip and fall or medical episode how anyone could get in to help.

Email I received for checking in was confusing, even more so because the elevators were down and no one was available at the front desk to assist us. Supposedly dog friendly, but dogs were unable to use the patio area outside. The dog play park on the basement level REEKED like urine. Even my dog was unsure about walking on the fake grass and wasn't comfortable going to the bathroom. Having information listed both on the website and in the room about a nearby park (walking distance) with real grass and trees would've been helpful. I realize it's a city, but we were visiting from rural area, and my dog was uncomfortable going on a sidewalk.

Floors had hair from the prior guests. Could use a sweeping. Furniture in the living area was not very comfortable. Very chic and cool looking furnishings, but not a place i'd want to spend much time due to that comfort...

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Was very pleased to be able to bring my dog and have all my pets needs taken care of between having food bowls and a place to play/go potty. Did not like that I never saw any staff at the front desk at any point. There was no greeting or readily available person for questions face to face, only by email/phone.

We had a perfect stay here - location is central and the views fantastic. Am especially thankful to have been upgraded to a large suite. Feeling so comfortable and well cared for helped make the work element of my trip a success. We joked about maybe moving in :)

Great location. Dog Friendly. Clean open space. Walkable to food, events, shopping. Parking in city can be a hassle. Lists full kitchen but does not include any serving or mixing bowls/plates or collander. Only one cook pot so if you need it for two items there was not another bowl to store food while cooking the second dish. No recycle bins in room. Would definitely stay at The Morton again!
