Wonderfully modern with amazing views of the sea
Only problem was the 2nd bedroom was very tiny and had bunk beds which of course made it uncomfortable for a 55 year old woman. Aside from this everything was excellent

Emplacement idéal pour les amoureux de la mer
Appartement très lumineux avec vue magique sur mer et le port de Granville. Belles balades dans la ville qui a beaucoup de charme. Le départ des bateaux vers Chausey n’est qu’à 15mns à pied. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

Super beliggenhed og rigtig hyggelig lille by. OBS at børneværelset er meget lille, og at sengene er en køjeseng bedst velegnet til små børn med tynde madrasser. Døren binder og kan ikke lukkes.

Ein genialer Blick aufs Meer
Eine wunderbare helle und geräumige Wohnung, die leider einen kleinen Renovierungsstau hat. Die Markise hat sehr gefehlt, der defekte Rollladen auf dem Balkon war unschön - der kleine Ersatzsonnenschirm wirklich kein Ersatz. Ansonsten haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Highlight war sicherlich die Wohnküche mit dem Blick aufs Meer.

Quel bonheur
Superbe appartement avec une vue à couper le souffle. Une tranquillité extraordinaire Dès que votre réservation est faites vous recevez toutes les informations pour faciliter votre arrivée . L appartement est très bien organisé il ne manque rien dans la cuisine. Beaucoup de petits détails ( couteau à huître pince à crabe pique à bigorneaux…. ) côté cuisson parfait aussi Le salon est vraiment agréable avec un grand canapé et une belle table pour les repas. Côté terrasse il y a aussi tout pour se reposer et déjeuner. La chambre est parfaite le lit très confortable. Il y a une autre petite chambre avec deux lits superposés. La salle de bain est grande et les toilettes séparés. L appartement est décoré avec soin. Isabelle vous répondra rapidement. J ai envoyé plusieurs questions et les réponses ont toujours étaient claires et rapides. L appartement est très bien situé. Nous avons tout fait a pied marché restaurant grandes balades. En plus vous avez 2 vélos et 2 paddles. Que du bonheur. Merci Isabelle

Vue mer côté salon, bruit rue côté chambres
Le spectacle des marées et des sorties du port, à travers la grande baie vitrée du salon est magnifique. Vous pouvez profiter d’un accès direct à la plage via quelques escaliers. L’appartement est propre et équipé du juste nécessaire. Bémol à cette location, les fenêtres des chambres laissent passer beaucoup de bruit et en l’occurrence ce n’est pas celui des vagues mais de la rue très passante qui passe derrière.

Semaine découverte Granville et alentours
Globalement nous avons effectué un bon séjour. La vue depuis le salon est très belle. Par rapport à l’annonce il faut savoir que : 1) les fenêtres des 2 chambres (dont une est juste une cabine avec 2 lits superposés) donnent sur la route avec un passage continu. Nous avons dormis fenêtres fermées. 2) pas de passage privé pour accéder à la mer. Il faut sortir en maillot de bain sur le trottoir qui longe la route passante et faire 10 mètres à droite pour accéder à l’escalier public qui mène à la mer. 3) L’appartement a été juste rafraichit, et pas refait à neuf comme le dit l’annonce (les sanitaires fonctionnent très bien mais du point de vue déco ils datent). La propriétaire est très agréable et réactive et envisagerait a priori des améliorations. En attendant, nous avons pensé que la vue du balcon - certes très belle - ne justifie pas pour l’instant le prix demandé.

Superbe appartement décoré avec goût. Literie parfaite. Emplacement à dix minutes des restos. Et que dire dire de la vue sur le port et l’école de voile… Je serais restée des heures sur le balcon… Bref je recommande vraiment cette location.

Mooie plek, loopafstand stadje. Strand officieel niet om te zonnebaden. Zowel borg als schoonmaakkosten waren een verrassing. Stond nergens vooraf vermeld. Advies om ook Engelstalig info hierover in appartement aanwezig te laten zijn. Mooi uitzicht over zee. Wel gehorig met bovenburen of onderburen. Goede week gehad.

La vue est vraiment idéale sur la mer. points positifs : - emplacement, vue - proximité de la ville de Grandville (600m) - propreté générale - grande salle de bain - accueil propriétaire - prestations annexes (tout confort) Points délicats : - chambres sur rue passante (2eme chambre un peu petite avec des matelas un peu fin pour gabarit + de 40 kilos) - grand lit un peu trop ferme pour nous (>=50 ans) - finitions à faire suite rénovation (boucher le trou interrupteur chambre et prise téléphone salon, refixer lustre salon, jeu robinet douche, pas d'eau chaude dans cuisine, assise canapé à nettoyer, graisser porte garage). Ce ne sont que des détails mais essentiels pour une location à plus de 170 euros la nuit. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un bon séjour car c'est une très belle ville typique. Nous remercions Isabelle pour son accueil et sa discrétion.

Arrivés à la location avec un superbe soleil qui illuminait la terrasse et le séjour, vue imprenable sur la mer et le port de Granville ! Tout peut se faire à pied. Location très agreable, seul bemol, la deuxième chambre est vraiment petite.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Granville verbracht. Das Wetter hat gut mitgespielt und es war uns eine Freude, die Gezeiten und das Meer vom Balkon aus zu betrachten. Nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung und wir waren direkt am Meer. Auch in die schöne Innenstadt von Granville war es nicht sehr weit und wir sind meistens zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben gut geschlafen. Man muss allerdings das Fenster im Schlafzimmer und Bad nachts zulassen, da diese beiden zur Hauptstraße rausgehen. Dann geht es gut. Unsere Vermietern Isabelle ist sehr nett und es hat alles toll mit der Übergabe der Wohnung geklappt. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder, dann aber für länger
