“We rented through VRBO/Cheryl Moodie last year and had an excellent experience, this year was just the same! The location of this property is ideal! Right around the corner from Barrett Square and steps from the beach. The set up was perfect for our family and another family we traveled with! So many bed/room set ups to choose from & everyone just had the best time. The house was stocked with everything you could need. “Our family had an amazing Easter weekend at this wonderful house. The location is perfect! It’s located in the middle of everything and only 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The community heated pool is also across the street. The house size was perfect four our family of four. The kitchen and living room area are small but you have all the wonderful restaurants within 2 min walk. No need to cook. The assigned garage is small and does not fit a large SUV but they have plenty of street...

“My two girlfriends and I had the best stay at the Big Thyme Carriage. Mitsy was extremely helpful and even let us check in early! The only recommendation I have is to replace the pull-out couch mattress. Sleeping on the regular couch cushions was much more comfortable!”

The location is private and secure but also about 60 seconds away from the beach and about a two-minute walk to restaurants and shops. I loved not having to drive anywhere the entire stay. “Amazing communication from the host prior to and during our stay. Every need is met in this bungalow from toiletries to towels to bikes and chairs. The kitchenette has a complete coffee station with everything one would need. The host provides shower washes, shampoo and conditioner, and a few hair care products were available. The bed is beyond comfy and there are plenty of blankets and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!”

“Great location in Rosemary Beach - close to beach and fabulous swimming pool. Close to the restaurants. Should provide dimensions of garage so guest can tell ahead of time if car will fit. Suggestions: all minor problems. 1. Could use a cookie sheet. 2. Be sure to fix handles on closet door and bathroom door. 3. Fix hinge on bathroom cabinet door. 4.Fix dark skuffs on floor. Generally things worked very well. Bathroom - good. TV works. Bed comfortable. Porch and LR furniture good.”

Highly recommend for those prioritizing quick beach access. We went during Memorial Weekend and were easily able to get a front row beach spot. “Overall this was outstanding. Private beach to area and very quiet. The ONLY negatives whatsoever was some haphazard lighting wiring, blinds in the master bedroom wouldnt close (left about 2') of window, no lighting on the outside stairs and front door was replaced but not finished. While none of these were a big deal, they did not detract from the great location and good communication. Will absolutely stay here again!”

“We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”
