“The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that.”

“We stayed at this property for Easter vacation. House is brand new, a lot more of space and everything that you need to make your stay great. We used bikes to ride along 30A highway to explore. From the neighborhood where house is located, you go straight to the beach. You need to cross the street, but it is very close. There is a parking next to the beach and restrooms as well. “We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”

“The house was well equipped and clean. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. We had a great view of the beach because the lot in front of hasn’t built a house yet. A short and easy walk to the beach, even carrying a light weight backpack beach chair and beach bag. The beach isn’t overly crowded. The pool is small but very enjoyable to relax in. Would be perfect for little kids to play in. Short drive to surrounding restaurants.”
