“Gulf trace is our favorite neighborhood to stay in along 30 a. We have been coming 26 years, and have stayed in numerous areas. This house is amazing, especially for a large family. The pool area is definitely the gathering place for everyone after the beachhouse was so clean, and any issues were handled immediately! AC works great in all of the rooms, love the layout of the house. Only concern for some people might be the amount of stairs to navigate the different levels. For us, not a problem...

This property had one of the best backyards with space to actually sit around the pool area. The screened in porch was also a favorite for our group. Walk to beach was short and direct to boardwalk.
