"We can't complain about our stay. Our room was fabulous and staff at front desk very polite with a natural smile. We had dinner in the restaurant. The menu was great. Meals were beautiful and the staff were very helpful helping us to decide what meal to choose from. We give the restaurant A."

"Clean and renovated and excellent value for money with kitchenette. Some signs of age like architraves and flooring or ceiling above shower. Contactless check in (with door code). It was a bit noisy at times from road trains (trucks) but we slept fine and it is on the highway so somewhat expected. A great option for our one night stay"

"Lovely big home, great location.We had a family event to attend at the Grafton Racecourse, it was walkable distance.We enjoyed coming back to the house and socialising on the wraparound verandah.Perfect for larger groups of friends or families."

"Steeped in history, the ideal place to stay to get away from sterile motels. Great location and ambience, just be aware the stairs are a bit steep but worth the effort to reach the upstairs lounge, a great place to chill out."
