“Staff are very professional and kind. Rooms are generally quiet. The cleaning crew does a great job. Everything you need is here. Restaurants and stores are a bit far away but walking/taxi/bus/subway are your options. I like walking so it was fine. There are some parks to exercise nearby too. Rooms/carpets are getting a little wear but overall an excellent hotel, I would stay here again.”

“가격대비 시설이 너무 낡았습니다. 특히 욕실에 제공되는 칫솔,치약(각각 4000),면도기(11,000원)도 가격이 비쌌지만, 기본 제공되는 헤어 드라이어기는 언제적 제품인지도 모를 정도입니다. 옷걸이도 부서진 옷걸이가 그대로 걸려있고, 난방긴지 모르겠지만 낡아서 녹슨 상태로 방치된 느낌이랄까요? 이 가격이면 서울에서는 정말 얼마나 상태가 좋고 편안한지 새삼스레 느낍니다. 2008년 건축된 것이니 그점은 이해한다 쳐도 기본제공하는 시설들은 최신 것으로 바꿔주셔야 할 것 같습니다.”
