In the district of Hainzenberg 4 km from the centre of Zell, 10 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, railway station "Zell" 4 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Mountain railway 4.5 km, gondola lift 600 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school, sled run 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 4.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Exit to the balcony. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed, 1 double bed and separate WC. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and separate WC. Bath/shower, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Parquet floors. Balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
