“Eva was an amazing host and an incredible cook! We didn't know what to expect, but the place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean and her hospitality and friendliness above and beyond. It's close to a few towns but also close to a lot of must see nature areas. We would definitely stay there again!”

“My wife and I spent one night in Villa Verde. The hostess, Eva, was gracious and kind. She obviously puts a lot of thought into what she does. The accommodations were comfortable and restful. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Eva even tried to poach eggs for us. We got to talk to her about her life for a little bit and would love to visit again. She is a true gem. ”

“Everyone loved our stay. The hot tub was even better than expected with the unexpected freezing temp and snow in April. House was clean and lake views were awesome. “We recently had the pleasure of staying at Deer Hill in Warwick, NY, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The property is set on three-acre expanse in a lovely, and ultra-quiet neighborhood. It was an ideal home for our annual family gathering, which includes our 3 adult children, spouses and two young grandchildren.
