I cannot complement the staff enough Carol, Sasha, and several other ladies who helped us out at the front desk were absolutely stellar, and I wish I could remember all their names because honestly, they were the nicest kindest people we had a pipe burst and had to find emergency Shelter for ourselves and our pets and they just made everything so much easier for us all. Also, the cleaning staff are some of the kindest people and the food here especially the complementary breakfast is exceptional."
