“The cabin was very clean with a plethora of little additions that were thoughtful -Pet crate (already set up) for our dog. We didn’t need it but the option was great -Basket of misc pet supplies, if needed -Food and water bowl for a pet already there -A lot of movies, games, and books to choose from -Large tv with directTV - The fire pit outside was a great option too. We planned to use it but we arrived later than we expected. Highly recommended”

“Great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Cabin is small and perfect for two people. We stayed in the Nut House. The bathroom is very clean but very small. If you are much over 6 foot or 200lbs the shower is going to be a tight fit. Not an issue but something to consider. Overall it was a great cabin to stay in. ”

“House has a lot of deck levels and outbuildings. The stone showers were a first! The sauna was great and the deck views were wonderful. Had an issue with the hot tub in removing the soft cover and leaves getting into the hot tub. The owners and manager responded within literally minutes. They sent someone over right away and it was cleaned by the time that we returned to the house an hour later. The fireplaces and the firepit on the deck were wonderful when the temps got down into the 40s....

I believe they had some miscommunication between their operations people and maintenance, and I hope our feedback helps with future rentals. The location of the property is amazing, waking up to the creek every morning was absolutely beautiful!”

“We loved spending our 30th wedding anniversary at Mountain Song Cabin. The views are wonderful--ponds, green fields, and multiple mountain ranges. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the hot tub. The cabin itself is cozy and old-fashioned. The beds are big and comfortable. The location was good for trips into Boone and Blowing Rock. I'd definitely stay again.”

“Kids loved their first trip to the mountains. Perfect space for 2 kids and parents with all the games and outdoor fun you could ever need. Basement air hockey and foosball has been a topic of conversation since we left!”

“Do not be fooled by the lack of reviews. This property was amazing. My boyfriend and I booked a short week stay and it was not enough. The host was readily available to answer all our questions and communicated where everything was in the cabin, down to the light switches. There is everything you could need. There is parking on property that is easy to access. Great if you are unfamiliar with the mountains in Carolina. The cabin is also close proximity to popular areas like Grandfather mountain,...

“We arrived at 9:00 PM to check in. No one was at the front desk. We called a phone number for late night arrivals but no one answer. We now have to look for a hotel. I hope they do not charge us for the room we did not get.”
