“Sheets - Sheets were not clean AND replacement sheets had holes and stains Towels - brown stains, crunchy to the touch as if not washed and dried properly Roaches - last straw Crowded and uncomfortable Shared bathroom - dreading using it Shoes off rule - not walking bare foot $25 cleaning fee - manager said that thats what he pays the clean up woman but imo they should reinvest the money they refuse to refund for bad service, into professional cleaning services in their rentals Also...

“I and 4 friends spent two days here and we thoroughly enjoyed our time, they have a full kitchen with seasonings, pots, pans, and appliances. It was clean and plain out gorgeous. Games! The ping pong table wasn't setup or have any instructions that I saw so didn't utilize that but they have one! Multiple of my friends said it felt like we were on a get away here and could have stayed in the place the whole time if we didn't have outside plans for my birthday. The outside asthetic didn't bother...
