“I was upgraded upon arrival during a rainstorm traveling alone with my 5 year old. The lady was so kind. The room was perfect for traveling with/without kids. Bed was cozy, room clean, dishes all spotless with all the amenities one needs. Soap, paper towel, coffee, real cups, pots, utensils. Nautical theme in the room was super cute. Ocean view was beautiful. Deck to sit on very nice. The walk was too far for my 5 year old to get to the busy strip with shops but parking was cheap and easy to……

“Having a restaurant, as well as a small lounge, onsite was a big plus. Very convenient location on the edge of town, close to a main route to Mass and Maine along with interior NH. The only thing that I would consider a negative comes with a caveat. The older gentleman that checked me in was very amiable and welcoming, but it took me almost 35 minutes to check-in. I was in a hurry to attend to plans I made, so the lengthy conversation was a roadblock that I had to navigate. It’s hard to……

“The hotel is located well and near to the Hampton beach. The room is clean and easy to reach parking lot. The services is good, especially the receptionist, Joe who is very helpful and nice to offer wonderful customer services. We definately will come back and stay in the future trip.”

“The room had an amazing porch with view of water. Leather bound book with directions for Air conditioner, Nespresso machine, TV, rules on the property and local places to eat. Easy walk to beach area, no access with high tide. Great seating area, great for long walks. Room small, perfect for 1 person, microwave and small fridge. In back the venue has a variety of seating, times for food, music . Small pool overlooking the venue. Awesome.”

“We were in the room behind the ice maker, and could hear it very clearly every time it made ice. There was also a doorbell type sound very often. The pool was closed but that wasn't noted when I booked. It's a neat old building, right on the strip and the view from the lobby windows of the storm (60+mph winds!) was just awe inspiring. Not the hotel's fault there was a storm. The building fared that better than some! Staff was fine, nothing spectacular. Parking was reasonably easy to get……

“The beach view was amazing! Only issue I had was the water never got hot in the bathroom sink. So, I did not try and use the shower. I would stay here again, it was a beautiful room. Will just inquire on the water situation ahead of time. Was not too concerning this trip as it was just an overnight stay. So, I just showered at my next destination.”

“Always a nice safe, clean stay there. It’s one of the older hotels now, but still very well maintained. And there is the coffee shop in the same building. Very convenient.”
