By night, head to the speakeasy music-themed dining room — a moody, artful space perfect for laughter, cocktails, and making memories. Find a vintage vinyl record collection to bring back memories that’ll have you singing your heart out on the karaoke machine. Mix up some cocktails at the mini bar or chill your favorite wine in the wine fridge. (Might we suggest Farmer’s Daughter?)

We offer a fully stocked, chef’s dream kitchen that is complete with an air fryer, blender, toaster, keurig, and all the standard appliances.

Take your pick of cozy lounging areas both inside and out. You’ll feel right at home in the living room with a selection of the best books, classic board games or the smart TV with both streaming services and cable to veg out to. Our screened in porch has plenty of seating including a swing to have your morning coffee on while overlooking the garden like oasis of the backyard.

Each of the luxurious bedrooms are made up of the most comfortable beds you’ve ever slept on and the softest linens and pillows to boot. We’ve even made an imaginary play space in the kids room! Perfect for little princes and princesses.

Your four legged family members will feel just as welcomed. We provide a comfy bed, treats and bowls just for them!

This home is ideal for family gatherings, group getaways, and friends’ weekends. (If you’re looking to host an event, please contact the property manager to request approval.) This home is just minutes from Havana’s charming antique shops and a short drive to the heart of downtown Tallahassee and college campuses. It is also less than ten minutes to i10 or the Georgia state line. You’ll enjoy the best of both relaxation and local exploration.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please place all towels, (bath and pool,) in basket on dryer.

Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start w/provided pod.

Assure all pool floats are rehung on hooks. Turn off all lights and lamps and lock front and back doors. Enable smart lock when leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. If any guests remain at the home past this time that aren’t on booking, you’ll be assessed additional $50/guest.

Parking must be on driveway or roadside only within the property bounds. Not on anyone else’s driveway, yard, roadway, etc.

No glass, food or pets in or near the pool or hot tub. And all children must be supervised.

Weekend Getaway

We are a family of 7, this home was perfect for our large family. The kids loved the house and had a great time. Everyone had a bed. The host thought of everything and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend!!
