“It was the perfect spot for a ladies retreat. There were 4 of us and all loved the serene spot! We also saw deer that we enjoyed watching, there were even 2 fawns with spots!We were grateful it was cooler at the end of August since this place does not have air conditioning. Would be nice if that was mentioned in the amenities that there is no air but plenty of fans. We appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin, we saw no dirt or dust!!! Good job! I hope to come again some day!”

“This place was great !!! Awesome family getaway. Our kids and granddaughter came up and they just loved it ! The hosts gave us a great place to have a family dinner. Very cute and clean cabin. I just loved everything about it ! We will definitely book another stay !!!!! Close to a lot of stuff to do, but far enough in the woods to make you feel like your in the middle of the state park. Good times!!!”

“It is a wonderful cozy cabin. Two bedrooms are located downstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped allowing us to create a nice brunch. We had family camping at Mohican which was a 9 minute drive. Its a nice peaceful setting which we thoroughly enjoyed with a great bonfire. Owners welcomed us by text and there was a minor issue which was attended to immediately. Would rent again!”

“Very enjoyable cabin with all the accessories. The hot tub was fun and the fire pit was perfect. We played cards on the back deck that is screened in. Couldn't have asked for better weather and checking out a couple wineries near this cabin.If I had anything negative to say would be the living room could use some updated furniture. Definitely the couch was well loved. Well, stocked kitchen.A perfect place to unwind. Definitely would rent again!”

“Great cabin nestled in the woods. Sunset off the deck was beautiful. Surrounded by the sounds of birds during the day. All amenities were perfect and you can bring your four legged buddies. Will definitely stay again. ”

“Very private and quiet cabin. Cabin was clean and had everything as described. We slept on the couch/bed downstairs which we found it very comfortable. Every day we saw deer and turkey, along with other wildlife. I would recommend this cabin to my friends!”

“We had a great stay! Very close to all of the activities, yet very remote! Only suggestion would be to put the address on the fence near the road, not well marked and a little difficult to find. ”

“Our family that consisted of seniors, a couple of kids, teens and adults had a great time this weekend! There was plenty of room and we were able to enjoy nature by hiking the Gorge trail and raft the river. The host was incredible and there was great communication. It is next to a farm with cows. This may be a place to consider on a yearly basis for family gatherings. Thanks! ”

“Our stay at this cabin was a perfect, peaceful refresh! The cabin is so cozy and inviting! beautifully decorated with a warm romantic lake cabin aesthetic, while being clean and modern! The screen porch is a dream! from morning coffee to late night fire with no bugs, amazing! Fishing was great! we caught a good amount of blue gill and 4 good size bass!! The water was beautiful and clear! We would love to come back and would recommend it to family and friends!”
