“Honestly, this place was excellent for my daughters. One of them is sensitive to noise, and the peaceful atmosphere this place offers is amazing. We spent the entire day at the pool and had a wonderful time. The breakfast was delicious, and the service and staff were outstanding as well. We will definitely come back without hesitation.”

Where do i start? My family used to stay here occasionally in the early 2000's and it was very nice. It has gone downhill since then. The room was adequate and clean however, there were loud people running the halls all hours of the night. The pool area needs cleaning and the changing/bathrooms are very dirty. The pool water itself needs attention. We actually watched a ladder people were using by the pool slide break! There was a fight (multiple adults) in the pool/breakfast area while my grandchildren and I were eating dinner. There is not enough seating in the breakfast area and people were sitting in the lobby and game room to eat. There was no organization to the breakfast process and it was very difficult to get to the food. Finally, there were MULTIPLE cars in parking lot where pot was being smoked and people were just hanging out. Overall, I believe security is needed in the worst way and this hotel is no longer child/family friendly.

Nice place for an overnight. Splash Harbor is a small pool and splash pad area but very nice. Pool has algae growing on the bottom edges. Bathroom in the pool area was very dirty and no Mat on the floor so very slippery. The room was standard. Carpet was very old and worn and musty smelling. Front desk folks seemed a in knowledgeable and overwhelmed. The breakfast was good and the lady that hosted that was fantastic.
