Complaining gets you a visit from security questioning your opinions of services and pricing. 1st amendment is not honored in Hawaii. Florida is my destination point. Hawaii is the land of woke entitled mentality. Self centered attitudes that thinks they’re doing you a favor by proving service It’s called razy expensive for middle of the road quality food and sub-standard drinks. "The hotel is nearly across the street from the beach which makes the location close to all of downtown Waikiki. There was cleaning service daily and they even gave us two waters each day without having pay which was nice. My only issue was having to pay for parking in the hotel. I understand if you’re not staying in the hotel but if you’re staying in the hotel parking should be free. "

Also they do not keep bottles at the bar because off the open lobby, so they need to go into the back room to get bottles to make a drink. Plenty of dining options near by. Also the breakfast is pretty basic. "

"The property is well located, and the staff is generally willing to help as much as they can. About a week before my stay, I received a message from the hotel informing me that they would be working on the balconies. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to rest, and with workers both outside and inside the balconies, there was no privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire time, so I couldn’t even enjoy the view."
