“Beautiful grounds, great pools, and responsive staff. Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Location great, too (food trucks and grocery store across the street). My only complaint are the beds—primary bed needs to be replaced and the sofa bed is pretty uncomfortable (maybe add a mattress topper for comfort?). Overall, a great experience!”

“Great property. Awesome place if you are going to HVNP. Only about a 8 minute car ride. Host was very ggod about communicating with us about check in. Cottage had everything you would need. ”

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“Awesome property with a private jungle area. Screened porch was perfect for lounging outside when we got back after a day of exploring. Can’t wait to return !”

“This studio was very clean and had a comfy bed, lovely large deck (not a balcony) and a beautiful garden path for walking through the flowering trees and bushes. This made it feel private and removed from the rest of the surrounding houses, each with a large lot. We sat on the deck for meals, and one time caught a beautiful sunset. We were honored to receive fruit from Mitsuko, most of which had been harvested from her own trees. She was a lovely host and we hope to see her again!”
