“What a cute property for budget accommodations. It was bigger than I expected and loved the King bed and comfortable sheets. The full capacity washing machine and dryer were also a great bonus. ”

“Awesome for our family in DC for our son’s wedding! Had everything we needed. AC was nice and cool. Bathrooms had supplies and plenty of towels. Kitchen had all appliances needed. Only suggestion would be to add some box fans for noise and air movement at night. Great spot for a big family!!”

“This is a small, clean and cute apartment in the Capital Hill neighborhood in the heart of DC. It's a great place to call home base for a few days while you check out the sights. We had no idea where to stay and were up in the air between here and the Pendry hotel which is at the wharf. We couldn't have been happier that we chose this location. We felt extremely safe and getting around the city from this location was so easy. Uber pickups were quick, there are Lime scooters and bikes everywhere...

“We loved our long weekend stay here. This is a beautifully appointed apartment just a few blocks from Georgetown University’s main gate in one direction and a block from M St. in the other. Our hosts were very welcoming and responsive. The apartment is fully outfitted with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a spacious closet and a comfortable workspace. There were lots of extras both large and small, ranging from a spare toothbrush and toothpaste to fancy soap in the bathroom to a folding...

“Beautiful place. Rooftop seating is very private and has nice views. Neighborhood had a lot of great food options. Aged CVS and really nice organic grocery store are within a few blocks - quick walk. Easy 25 min drive to downtown DC area. Unit parking is not obvious (as also stated by other reviews) - had to talk to locals to learn the 2 unit spots are across the street behind the green-teal house. The 2 spots do have signs saying they are reserved for the rental address. The 2 spots are for all...
