This is a true cottage in the woods with views of beautiful Cowan Lake. This completely updated cabin features 800 square feet of living space plenty to spread out and enjoy your surroundings. Features include 2 queen size beds with 1 bath, full kitchen complete with washer/dryer, 2 entertaining areas, gas fireplace, central heat and air, big screen TV with WIFI and work station. Outside features front and rear decks with lake views and walking paths. Cowan Lake State park is adjacent to cabin with swimming, hiking and picnic areas within walking distance. The World Equestrian Center sits 5 miles from the cabin.

Very comfortable spot, tucked away in the woods, short walk to Cowan Lake beach. Equipped with a propane grill and a propane tabletop fire thing for roasting marshmallows. Would stay again!

Perfect cozy cabin

The pictures don't do this cozy cabin justice. Perfect for my husband and I to get away for the weekend. Everything was clean and it was very well stocked. Plenty of blankets for a chilly weekend. High recommend. Owners were easy to communicate with mad very helpful when needed.

The cottage was very quaint and definitely cozy. Far enough off of the road to not be bothered by traffic. Not that there was a lot of traffic. It was very peaceful, and the cottage was very clean and well maintained. We will stay here again

Cabin Getaway

We have rented this cabin for several years. Love it! Very clean and each year more upgrades and improvements. Everything you need and a nice outdoor space. It’s a great getaway from the hustle of WEC.

Wonderful anniversary

My husband and I that are 14th wedding anniversary with our new puppy. We had a very wonderful weekend of relaxation and just enjoyed the peace and quiet and the nature around us. The cabin exceeded what we expected. And we will definitely be booking again
