First I want to acknowledge the young lady at the desk. Very pleasant interaction. After her it went all down hill. The room was nasty. It has used toilet paper on the floor. The bed sheets and covers had black stuff all over them. We had to ask for more bedding material. There is no microwave or fridge in the room. You have to go all the way down stairs to heat up your food. When you go down stairs to complain there is a line of people there to complain. Keep the black young lady. Redo everything else

My stay was an excellent one because it was convenient and close to the airport. It wasn’t the best in accommodation but for the price it was excellent that’s why I gave my stay an excellent. I perceived that this hotel is used a lot and it looks a little dated. What I didn’t like is the noise levels being it’s so close to the airport and airplanes are leaving constantly attributing to the majority of the noise complaint. I will book this stay again in the future because the convenience that Trump’s all of the other dislikes.

I’d like a refund. I booked the stay on expidea and Ubers to the location only to be told they were not honoring the stay. This happened not only to myself alone but quite a few of us that for our last minute flight cancelled. Since there was no service, I would like to demand a refund.

Close to the airport...airport shuttle is available but only after 6am....good place to get rest for a layover before a flight...prices are budget friendly...if i remember correctly, they do require a 60$ deposit thats returned after checkout...hotel staff are professional.

The front desk was occupied on her speaker phone having a personal conversation while helping me. Only one set of towels in the room. Empty soap containers. The breakfast sucks. Worst Continental breakfast Ever.

Atleast need to keep one bottle of drinking water should keep in the room. Our flight was delay and we reached there after 12 mid night. The wending machine was not working. The lay was telling no drinking water. We have to got to the nearest gas station to get some water. At least they should keep water for paid also. We booked for 4 days. First day they cleaned the room and second day onwards they did it cleaned the room and also only 2 Towels they gave for 4 days. When I asked they are telling they will give upon request only. We have the deposits as cash$100 because they don’t have change. When we vacate the room the lady was telling we took back the money and gave the card. Now we are good to go. Then we have to argue for that and finally she was telling bimistake this happened.

I loved the close proximity to the airport and interstate. Made travel around town simple. The hotel could use a little maintenance to be a bit nicer. But overall it was a very good value

Be aware: Scam! They asked for a deposit for the room and when we checked out they said we would receive it back on our credit card soon. We didn’t receive it. They didn‘t answer our numerous emails regarding the topic either. It‘s been weeks.

The worse place to stay in. The staff was behaving awkward. Was waiting for almost 90 minutes to just get check in. The shuttle from the airport is not on time. They were very rude. And no exact scheduled time is available meanwhile the gray shuttle from the airport doesn’t have any signs or marks that you could spot it on. So my experience with this stay was horrible. Won’t recommend it.

To get room service it is requested but if you're not aware they will wake you up early in the morning at 8:00 because they start with the stay overs. Room service must be requested a day before and if they come to you while you're asleep you'll have to reschedule.

There was a miscommunication getting the shuttle so we had to wait for longer to get to our hotel. The driver asked people we didn’t know if we were there and they said no so an hour later we finally got to the hotel. It was decent with a nice breakfast so it served our purposes. The woman at the desk/next day shuttle driver was lovely and more than made up for the earlier issue.

Second night between 11 pm and 7 am constant doors openings and closings can be heard on the third floor where I stayed. I prefer top floor because nobody makes noise above you. For quiet. I found out that one person was doing maintinence in rooms all night ! Staff should have offered snother room for tgat time if they cared enough.

Not very quiet, as there is no sound insulation and other guests start hustling and bustling very early because it's largely a place to sleep when flying out of the nearby airport. (I also heard snoring through the wall.) The hallway smells like cigarettes, but the room was fairly nice. The bed was very comfortable and clean.
