Met Most of Our Needs
House was good size with good layout and openness to outside. There were numerous electrical issues that had to be addressed while we were there. Dishwasher was not operational. Pots and pans were old and rusty.

Pleasant stay - Hot tub amenity not listed properly
We had a pleasant stay at this property, with its comfortable beds, ample space, and excellent location meeting our expectations. However, we were disappointed to find that contrary to the listing’s promises, there was no hot tub available. This amenity was a primary factor in our decision to book this property, and its absence did affect the overall experience of our stay. We appreciate the property’s other qualities, but we feel it’s important for the listing to accurately reflect the amenities to ensure future guests are fully informed. Note: Since our stay the host has correctly updated the listing.

Luke and guest, I apologize for the typo in the property description. Im not sure when the option of a hot tub was checked or applied. This is also confusing to me how this could of happened and I can assure you that this was not done on purpose. I did check the listing description and did remove the hot tub option after you brought it to my attention. Please contact me when you are in the area again I would like the opportunity to make it right.

They place was night the only thing is we could not lock the front door from the inside we have to cook it from the out side and go all the way to the back to get let in . The side door did not open at all. The tv in the stoped working in the main room

Due to the severe heat and drought we are experiencing this will cause the doors stick and houses to shift. We will replace the living room TV with a new and larger model. We are saddened by a 3 star review and not earning a 5 star review and will make changes immediately. Thanks again Sara for your feed back.

Spacious Home
The house is as it is described and shown in pictures. There is plenty of room for people to spread out, with two living areas. The lot is woodsy and serene. I will definitely rent this house again, as it is near my niece’s home. Thank you!

We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. Her and her friends had an amazing weekend. The condo had a great view and was such a calming and peaceful beach feel. We would definitely stay there again!

TEXAS FAMILY WEDDING
We visited Spring, Texas for a family wedding. The home was in perfect location, minutes away from our venue as well stores and food. Property was just as listed. Home was beautiful and delightful to stay in. Tracy was quick to respond to any issues and questions. As well as being informative on surrounding places to eat and visit. Home was exactly as described. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Only 1 block away from a very busy roadway but you wouldn't know because it is surprisingly extremely quiet. If I ever need a place to stay again in or around Spring I would go back. Have zero complaints.

Needed a location for my family while evacuated for hurricane Ida.....this place was perfect. Spacious and easy access from I-45 or toll road 99. Close to anything you’d need. Large property and parking so this property would be good for a variety of uses. I did make a few suggestions to Tracy (property mgr, who was very responsive), one additional would be to upgrade the outdoor grill which currently is a charcoal basic pit that worked in a pinch just be prepared to have what you need. Otherwise I’d go back as well as recommend to anyone without hesitation.

R other booking fell through last minute, and was able to book this house. It was spacious with lots of seating for all and very clean! Neiborhood was nice. Grocery stores were close. Wonderful communication with the property manager. Beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay again. Thank u for everything!!!

Our stay here was excellent. It is a little quiet, one story nestled behind trees, but yet still close to everything in Spring. The host was friendly and great throughout the whole process. My family came in town for graduation and we were all comfy and satisfied with the house. Would definitely book again!

This house is perfect, not too far away from Houston. Has a very at home comfortable vibe. When we walked in, it smelled absolutely amazing 🤩 Everything was wonderful, communication was above and beyond! Despite an issue we encountered, it was taken care of right away!! Would definitely stay here again if we visit Texas again.

Do not waste your money!
After a collective 20+ years of using vacation rentals, this was the worst property we’ve visited to date. Upon arrival we noticed the grass was not cut, there was standing water in the yard causing an influx of mosquitos and bugs, and when unlocking the front door, part of the door facing broke! Once we were in the property we also noticed 2 of the 6 chairs at the dinner table were obviously broken, dirt coving the vent hood over the oven, a food covered ice tray and a broken ice machine, dirty dishes with food still on them in the cabinet, dirty towels, and roaches! We texted the owner as we saw each problem and rather than providing an explanation, she assured us we would not be charged for the obvious damage we didn’t do! Our second night staying out of three, the power went out multiple times. The last time it went down it was out for over two hours. We were able to text the owner and the only explanation she could provide was the power company may be working on the line. For clarification we tried to call the host after receiving this text 6 times from two different guests phone numbers. 36 hours later we have not heard from her yet! This was the worst service and stay we’ve ever experienced and would hate for anyone else to go through this while on vacation. We actually packed our things to leave while the power was out after hearing of 10-12 hour power outages last month from a neighbor we saw walking down the street. The extent we had to go through to get information was ridiculous and we will be seeking a full refund.

We deeply regret the home was not up to your expectations during your visit. We truly wish we could have done something about the heavy rains the area was having prior to and during your stay. We wanted to offer you a partial refund or even a free night on your current or next visit but you refused this and demanded a complete and full refund even though you stayed throughout your full reservation dates. We appreciate your feedback and will do everything we can to ensure all future guest continue to have a 5 star experience.

Great Home and Location
The house was perfect for our stay this weekend! Very spacious and very clean. Check in was very easy. Communication was wonderful with the home owner. Very accommodating for our group. We came with 2 trucks and trailers for a truck show for the weekend and there was plenty of room on the driveway. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Well Worth It Weekend
My family and I truly felt as if we hadn’t left home at all. The property was very clean. As well the yard well kept so the children were able to go out and play in the yard as we sat relaxed and watched them without the concern of any real danger.

Hosted was available all the time, property was excellent. Old house but renovated, close to everything in the neighborhood. Great back yard for children, this house has a great potential to make it a better place to stay but it is actually great. I would definitely recommend this property and will be coming back if host allows.

Perfect for weekend stay. The home was in immaculate condition outside of all the spiders. With having 3 small children we had to constantly watch out for spiders. We totally understand there will be some due to the wooded area, however, I believe a quick sweep & clearing of all the webs would from the house have helped. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay & Tracy was very accommodating.

Very clean and comfortable
We rented this lovely house at the very last minute when other lodging fell through. The owner was helpful and accommodating. We stayed comfortably with 5 adults and 2 teenagers. Everything in the house was new and clean. We used the kitchen for most of our meals. I would chose this place again on another trip to Spring.
