“This is a charming penthouse 1 bedroom condo. We used the outside BBQ, noticed too late the washer/dryer combo on the outside patio. It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool……

“Our three week stay was great. The location of the unit was great with easy access to most things. The reason for a three star rating is the unit was not clean, just superfically clean. The fans and AC vents have not been cleaned in months. The window sills and windows very dirty. The kitchen cabinents were full of grease and were never cleaned from the last guest. Upon on entry we noticed that the toilet water valve was turned off so I turned it on to discover the toilet continuely leaked. ……

“We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. “Me encanto el apartamento. Super relajante. Muy limpio y comodo. No me gustó la comunicación. Tuve que llamar ya llegando para que me den el codigo y las instrucciones para entrar. Me llamaron 5 minutos antes de mi hora del check out para decirme que tenía que salir que los de limpieza estaban esperando.
