“We were in apt #2 of Casa Pelayo
Cleanliness:
The shower hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It had hair and dirt. We contacted management who apologized and said cleaning would come the next day. They didn't. The floors, of course, got progressively dirty throughout our 4 day trip but there was no broom and "extra cleaning" would have come with a fee so we ended up wearing shoes inside. Towels were never changed....for a four-day.

“The rooms weren’t super clean - the sheets had some hairs on it and I couldn’t tell if they were reused or just not properly cleaned. There was also hair on the ground. And our closet door was broken.
The pictures are a little misleading - the kitchen and couches are shared areas. The rooms are very small with just beds but the bathroom was so nice
The overall stay was good for what we needed which was a bed with a quiet space (except for the frogs - they are loud all night). the rooms lead……

“I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I was here overnight before a cruise out of the port.
The staff was friendly and attentive as soon as I arrived. It’s keyless entry to each unit. There were no issues with it at all.
The unit was very clean. It was super convenient to have a kitchen area with proper plates, utensils, glasses, etc.
Although the bathroom was clean and spacious, there wasn’t anywhere to place bath items. The sink was just a sink and there was no vanity countertop. I……
