"Achamos excelente o atendimentos dos funcionarios, super educados e simpaticos. O local é lindo e bem limpo. Porem tenho duas reclamações a fazer: minha suite nao tinha ar condicionado e eu nao podia ficar com a janela aberta, pois entrou gato e muitos insetos e tamém e de frente da piscina , ou seja as pessoas que estao na area externa ficam na mesma direção e altura do quarto, outra reclamação seria a falta de atividades a noite, por ser um lugar distante, poderia ter mais opções de lazer....

"Facade and gardens look lovely, social areas are beautifully decorated and furnished Bedrooms have not been modernised in decades, bathrooms very limited, old TV, precarious Internet connection, old and noisy air conditionig, old and hard towels Huge swimming pool, but the condition of the water was not ideal Basic breakfast, no food in hotel from Mondays to Wednesdays The enormous hotel was empty, we counted some five or six other guests - an eerie experience Although Waters Park opens every day, the SPA inside the park does not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays"
