The breakfast staff is awesome - especially Derrik and Sierra - always has big smiles, friendly, helpful and efficient. As for my family, after a long day of driving or flying into Chicago, its so nice to know you're going to feel welcomed when you get to Hyatt House! ”

“Nice hotel outside of the busy CBD. We picked this hotel due to its location. Having the train line right next door made traveling to/from the airport and checking out the city very convenient. The room was small but clean. We did not get the room upgrade we hoped for. Lots of great restaurants around. The hotel is older but I found it charming!”
