“The ease of checking in, and I was a little early. Clean room, cordial staff.”

“Check-in and out went super easy. Front desk staff were great. Room was really clean, like brand new still. Lots of seating available in the lobby and saw many other guests utilizing it. Had several choices available for breakfast and the coffee was really good. No complaints whatsoever!”

“I like that the multiple entrances had key card entry. Staff was very accommodating and suggested things around the area to do. Checking in and out was easy as can be. The lobby and grille 39 felt very homey. 10 outta 10”

“The entire stay was great. Our first room’s shower didn’t work, but Eddie was so apologetic and moved us quickly across the hall. The second room could’ve been cleaned a bit better (floors didn’t looked mopped & something was spilled from previous people & the cooktop was dirty). I did report at checkout that this shower/tub took a few extra minutes to drain water. Otherwise the recliner was very nice to have as my husband was very congestive and it worked as his bed both nights. The bed is……
