The room is cozy and very comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing for an evening swim. Breakfasts were healthy and satisfying. The coffee was perfect! Also within walking distance of the beach, shops, and many wonderful places to eat. We didn’t move our car once we had parked and enjoyed everything about the area. "

It is located in the middle of the jungle so the connection to the wilderness was closer than expected and very free so expect to freely see them roam. The staff were amazing and very patient!! They accommodated and resolved any issue that transpired and were so friendly and welcoming. From the owner, to the waiters and bartender to the other circulating staff members; they practically became family! This establishment is a huge 10 out of 10 for me and highly suggested so book early because they do tend to fill up fast. "

"We stayed at Casa Blanca for a week in May 2025. Property is better than the pictures, clean and very well-maintained. High-end neighborhood, with security visible around the neighborhood. Lots of wildlife including monkeys, birds and pesotes roaming around the property. We were a party of eight adults and there was plenty of room for everyone, with one bedroom we did not even use. Pool is in great shape and was serviced twice during the week. House cleaners came by and cleaned inside and out early in the week, although we had only been there for 4 days. Chris was super helpful, providing intros to local vendors who were top notch. Very responsive to questions and requests. Even drove me to town to pick up a golf cart the first day. I would definitely stay there again, everything was A! "

"This is a beautiful little place. We enjoyed a week here with our 17 month old daughter. The pool is fantastic for little kids. The kitchen was well equipped. My chef husband was able to cook up some great meals in there. Pros: Clean, modern unitFriendly neighbours and staffOutside shower Pool areaLocation. 5 minute drive to shops and beachAir conditioning in every roomCons:The path in was not lit at all. We arrived at night and had trouble finding the place. No screen door so we were unable to leave the main door open for fresh air. No BBQPolyester sheets. "The check in was easy and the property itself was nice. The management was very poor. The pool was dirty and we didn’t see a pool person for five days so we ended up having to clean it out and add salt to the pool ourselves to make it safe for us to swim. Also, the property had the smell of sewage throughout our stay that was very strong in the end two rooms and laundry room. Also, this property is a very long walk from the beach."
"This place was an absolute dream for me and my friends, and would recommend it for any group. The property has endless gold star benefits, my favorite being the huge yard. Being able to see the ocean from our yard, as well as to stand in the grass under the incredible Costa Rican night sky, was a blessing. The houses were clean, comfortable, and very well decorated, they felt like a real home. The pool is awesome too! Coltin was always on call for any and every question we had, and made his best effort to assist us in having the best stay possible. The property is very close to town, an easy 10-15 minute walk, and even closer to a great outdoor gym. Tuk tuks are readily available to pick you up, as well as golf cart rentals if you do not wish to walk. The property is also right next to an incredible pickleball facility, and a short drive from various event spaces. I highly recommend staying here, and after meeting Coltin, I would stay at any of his properties. "
