“Gorgeous, isolated place with friendly staff and easy access to beautiful beaches. Prepare yourself for the drive in, which is on a dirt road with lots of holes. If you rent a car, get the insurance. Lots of restaurants nearby you can drive to or catch one of their mini-taxis. The free breakfast is delicious, and the views are awesome. The hotel design and architecture are definitely very different and fun. ”

“We stayed only one night at Lagarta Lodge to kick off our vacation in Nosara and I didn’t want to leave! The property is absolutely stunning with a very special view from high up looking out to the ocean, that other hotels in the area don’t have available to them.
