Hotel is located in a very good location to bars and restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I needed to print a document and the receptionist helped me by printing the document.

Great staff. Comfortable and clean. Great price.
Be careful. The room with two beds means 2 TWIN BEDS. ??Who offers twin beds! Otherwise great hotel in a great location for what we needed.

I like that they switch me to another room because the 1st we got was loud. Because of the train and a bar so the first night could'n sleep. But the next day I asked nicely to be moved to a different room. And they did. Thanks for that

The sink was slow to drain. I asked it to be addressed. Whether they did or not, it was not fixed. Also the sink design is so poor. There was very little distance between the tap and the sink, and the water was running towards the edge of the sink, you could hardly get your hand cleaned without touching the sink. That is not hygienic. All staff and cafeteria people were very friendly. No issues with cleanliness either.

We like everything about the property. The thing we do not like bar and nightclub Che Guevara bar that was directly across the street that played music so loud that it shook the windows and the noice is loud until 3 am that we can not sleep.

Too Many Issues to Assure A Return Stay
Too many inconveniences. First, we booked for two double beds, but were given a room with only one, the excuse being that they had no rooms left with two beds. If we reserved a room with two beds, we should expect them to uphold their end of the promise. Next, the key didn't work when we got to our room. Finally, breakfast in the morning was a mess - inadequate staffing left the buffet with no utensils, no glasses for juice, several food items either cold or empty altogether. In fairness, we also stayed there for two nights at the beginning of our trip, and that experience was better, with no problems (maybe because it was two weeknights). Of note: their bar is very limited and is manned by staff, not a bartender.
