“The condo is amazing and in a wonderful part of town. Would recommend this place to others and would stay again myself. One issue was it advertised laundry but it was not available for VRBO guests. Didn't impact us as we stayed for a week. The host Polina was outstanding.Again, absolutely beautiful condo.”

“Small but well-laid out condo. Wonderful location. Most of downtown venues within a shirt walk. Right around the corner from David Village. Super easy check in. Only quibble was the the labels for the controls of the dishwasher were worn off; so almost impossible to use the dishwasher. ”

“Place was excellent for what we needed. Close to Granville and the Orpheum so we didn’t need to bring jackets to the Pixies show. Also close to The Moose, my favourite bar in Vancouver. ”

“This was a perfect base for us to explore Vancouver for a few days! It was extremely clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels, good water pressure, and comfy bed. There was AC - I didn’t even realize I should check for this in the listing! Communication was excellent both before and during our stay. There is A LOT to do within walking distance. A small grocery store across the street was a bonus! Lots of restaurant choices, shopping, etc just a few blocks. We felt very safe walking……

“Delightful condo. Perfect for the four of us. Close to shopping and restaurants. Balcony was quite nice! We had great weather and walked nearly everywhere.”

“Check in was very smooth and Iman was communicative, friendly, and very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the outdoor spaces were the perfect spot to have coffee in the morning and drinks and apps before heading out to dinner. Quieter spot in the city but still very close to all that you might need including grabbing the aqua bus to Granville Island. Would love to stay here again when we visit Vancouver in the future. Thanks!”

“Apartment was clean and the furnishings were clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable ! My favourite part of the unit was the large windows , it was great to have the sun shinning through all day long. Great location and restaurants and shops all within walking distance,”

“Iman's place is truly a gem! He is fast to respond and makes sure everything goes seamlessly. The place is well kept and clean, very spacious with all the amenities one could need (including underground parking). The decks are peaceful with nice views, and the surrounding area is in a respectable area of downtown within walking distance of various places to eat, and also steps from the ferry that takes you to places along false creek including Granville island. Would recommend!”

There are plenty of cafes and a supermarket nearby. The apartment itself is clean and well-maintained, with modern furniture and a very comfortable bed. It’s equipped with all the essentials, including washing, drying, and dishwashing machines. Viviene was a great host, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.……
