"We were very pleased with the house. Great waterfront on sound property. It took a while for the hot tub to heat up and we had to add more water to cover the jets. We made use of the kayaks and kite/wind surfers went right by us. Note the wifi pwd is all lowercase letters which is different from how it is written plaque in house.
