"Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t."

"Extremely clean! The kitchen was very well-stocked. Great family-friendly home. Plenty of room for all 8 of us to just relax, play games, watch the birds, watch the wind and kite surfers, and enjoy the beautiful view of the Pamlico Sound. Awesome location! "

"The deck area and downstairs area was PERFECT for teens. The kitchen was well equipped and the living space offered ample space. The amenities, like bikes, hot tub, games and tiki bar were enjoyed by all. We had an amazing time. "

The southern location was private and quiet, but close enough to businesses to provide anything that we needed. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodated our request to extend our stay to take advantage of the superb weather. Overall, this property was one of the best rentals that we have experienced in any location. We plan to return again!"
