“Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. ”

“The other reviews provide a clear overview with two exceptions:1) Arrival after dark is challenging. The signs are faded and not very reflective. We had to climb the stairs of the wrong building to know it was incorrect. This rental is in the building closest to the road. Park in the lot near the pool. Go over the sidewalk that goes through the gazebo by the pool. That will be the correct stairs. Climb until you cannot climb anymore and you are right at the front door.2). We found the beds to...

“Very well equipped condo just steps to the beach and pier. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property.”

“Location was great. Beautiful sunrises. Loved watching the dolphins when we could use the deck. Was told the day before check in that the upstairs condo was getting new flooring installed. “Property is small and quaint. Our room was clean and well maintained. We liked how the balcony stairs lead right down to the path to the beach. There was a ramp as well to the beach for handicap or wagon access. The beach wasn't crowded. Our room included all of the needed items for our stay. There were books and board games for those rainy days. The pool is small but easily accessible. We've already booked our vacation for next year in this same room!”
