Exposición sur 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, piscina, hogar en un amplio canal de agua dulce.

Esta casa está ubicada en un vecindario residencial tranquilo, donde caminar y andar en bicicleta son actividades regulares. Tiene un plano de planta abierto con baldosas en todo. Está bien situado con la piscina climatizada y el área de Lanai orientada al sur para aprovechar el gran sol de Lanai y Florida toda la tarde.

La casa tiene una casa tradicional de estilo Florida con un plano de planta dividido. La suite principal está en el lado este de la casa y los alojamientos para huéspedes están en el lado oeste. La casa tendrá capacidad para seis personas con camas.

Nuestros huéspedes tienen la opción de alojamiento para dormir. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama Queen, junto con las otras 2 habitaciones. Todos los colchones y ropa de cama son nuevos, con una gran cantidad de almohadas y mantas adicionales si es necesario.

La cocina está abierta a la piscina / Lanai, así que incluso en la cocina se puede ver lo que sucede en la terraza. Todo es nuevo, incluidos los platos y los gabinetes están bien equipados con ollas y sartenes para que la hora de la comida sea una experiencia agradable para los huéspedes que eligen "comer".

Afuera, nuestro lanai tiene hermosas sillas y un patio seccional con cojines de felpa y en el muelle hay otra mesa con 4 sillas con vista al agua. Es una zona muy agradable en la parte de atrás, donde tienes la opción de sentarte junto al agua en la mesa del muelle o sentarte en los sofás mirando el agua. ¡No te decepcionará!

Esta casa tiene una piscina, TV de pantalla plana con satélite y cuenta con servicio de internet de alta velocidad con Wi-Fi disponible en toda la casa y en la terraza.

Las compras para las necesidades familiares están cerca, al igual que una variedad de restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento cerca.

Las islas de Captiva y Sanibel con sus hermosas playas en el Golfo de México están a poca distancia de la puerta principal para aquellos que buscan pasar un tiempo en la arena o en el agua. Hay aproximadamente 15 minutos para conducir a la playa de Cape Coral, 35 minutos en coche a la playa de Fort Myers, en 40 minutos en coche a la isla de Sanibel y 10 más a Captiva.

Such a beautiful rental!
We were so happy with this rental. It was very clean and had a lot to offer. The pool had lights so we were able to do night swims with the family. Because it’s located at the end of the canal, not a lot of boats pass by. It’s a quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Jill was amazing and went above and beyond for us! Because of the recent storm, our flights got canceled and Jill was able to reschedule our dates. She answered us promptly. At one point the internet was down for Cape Coral and she offered to call the company and fixed it for us. Truly happy and would stay there again!

Cozy, clean & reasonable
We concluded a nice stay at this property. Jill (manager) was always available & super helpful! The house needs some minor maintenance, but did not prevent us from enjoying our stay there and Jill is on top of them! Take your blender with you! We could not find one! But there was a manual grinder there.

Great family property
We had a great stay, property was great. There is a busy road right by the home that you can hear and see from the pool. It didn’t bother us in the least. Loved being right on a canal and seeing fish jumping, birds swimming, we saw one turtle and a few iguanas. Would stay again for sure!

overal was a nice place.
However, i have never been required to strip the beds or wash towels before. When we are paying a LARGE cleaning fee this should all be included. Also, the pool did not look very inviting with all the black spots everywhere and it was only set at 80 and would not heat up beyond that. The house itself was very nice and well stocked with beach towels and kitchen stuff.

Nice home.
Nothing is ever perfect. The property is in a nice location but close to a very busy and can be a loud street. Construction materials are being stockpiled in the adjacent lot - it seemed something is about to be built. Quite a few people even blocked the driveway to inspect the materials.(?) For the most part you’ll see families out for a stroll or someone enjoying the afternoon breeze. Kids on their bikes without a worry in the world. The house itself just needed a little TLC. The air filters had not been changed for some time. The pool had some strange dark spots that seemed not to belong there. The pool attendant tried to clean it up but needed more guidance as to what to do. The iguanas and the variety of birds near the canal made our stay very entertaining. Even had a chance to see people touring the canal by boat. Although not perfect maybe better care of the home would have left a much better impression for the price that was paid.

Comfortable stay
We stayed at this home for two weeks. It’s in a convenient location but the street noise at the corner was pretty much an all day thing. Didn’t bother us too much. It’s a nice home, it’s clean and simple. There are no small appliances in the kitchen like a hand mixer or blender and no big bowls so that was a bummer. The mattresses on all 3 beds appeared newer but weren’t very comfortable. It’s nicely laid out as far as how the home is set up. I feel like this could be an outstanding home if someone put a little TLC into it and made it feel more homey. We never came in contact with anyone so I’d say check in and out was good. If you’re looking for a home That will do, this is it.

Great time at this property in Cape Coral
As a first time VRBO customer, we had an excellent time in Cape Coral at this property. Location was convenient to restaurants and beaches and house-hunting in our situation. Check in/out was stress-free and communication from the Property Manager was timely when we had questions (thanks Jill). House was very clean, pool was great and the gathering space on the lanai provided great dinner experiences. We hope to rent this property again in the near future.

All Around Perfect
Everything about this property was perfect. Our flight was delayed and we arrived early in the morning the day after scheduled check-in. Jill had us in the house and on vacatomode immediately. The house is a short drive to everything. We enjoyed shopping, beaches, restaurants, and parks. Someone put extra thought into so many aspects of this home. The pool temperature was adjustable to a comfortable level depending in the weather. There were bikes to use. The deep jetted tub in the master bath was a relaxing end to each day. We spent nice evenings grilling by the pool. I would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to returning.

Nice get away
The house was great. It had all of the amenities needed - appliances, towels, sheets, dishes. It looks a lot like pictured. We really enjoyed sitting out by the pool. The neighborhood was nice. The house is almost at the end of a busy street but there is a fence that drowns out a lot of the traffic noise. We were never bothered by the traffic or other noises. There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby.

The Lanai and pool were a mess. But Jill had it powerwashed early monday. There were plenty of problems that should have beeen attended to before alowing guests. Patio chairs at dock were broken and dangerous. The towel bar in the guest bath was broken off the wall. Almost all of the vertical blinds were damaged. The exterior lighting had over 50% burnt out bulbs. Outdoor kitchen area full of dead bugs. Pavers on side of house, leading to trash containers was a big trip hazard. The house was clean, but really needed decorating. This could be a nice place, if someone puts in some work.

What a wonderful month!
We had a wonderful month at this home! It was exactly as described, clean, spacious and had what we needed to feel right at home! The WiFi was great as I worked from the house each day. Coming from a home with 5 flights of stairs to a ranch was heavenly! The pool was spectacular facing south-mega sun! It was so close to everything and anything we needed. Perfect yard for our dogs with the fence surrounding the back yard. The property manager Jill was excellent in communicating with us and extremely helpful. I am only sad that someone booked it already for next year or we would have booked for 2 months next year!

Clean home, we would stay again!
This was a nice home and reasonably priced! We loved the pool and enjoyed looking out over the canal. During this pandemic, we found this to be a clean and tidy home. It was adequately furnished for our needs, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is some road noise – simply due to the location – but it didn’t affect the quality of our stay. One minor hiccup with check in, but the property manager responded quickly. We would stay again!
