Walk to the beach from this spacious home on Isle of Palms! This 3 bedroom/2 bath home offers so many options for gathering friends and family. Private upstairs primary suite and 2 bedrooms on the main floor provide plenty of sleeping options. You’ll love this casual and comfortable home where you can gather together in the large living room, enjoy meals in the separate dining room (seats 8), or relax in the charming sunroom adjoining the kitchen and dining area. Or you might decide to spend much of your time taking advantage of the fantastic outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining a crowd that include a huge deck with dining table and grill, plus a private backyard for games or just relaxing with your favorite beverage! The cul-de-sac offers quite, retreat vibes with the home tucked away from neighbors. Cut straight through the cul-de-sac and you will find the beach! The house has cable and each bedroom has its own television with a Roku device to stream your favorite streaming apps. Don’t miss this opportunity to visit one of the most beautiful private beaches on the East coast while enjoying your own private home away from home!

The home is located on Isle of Palms where you can find a grocery store, gas station, multiple restaurants, shops, the Isle of Palms rec center, the Isle of Palms County Park, and beach bars. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk or a quick drive away. Isle of Palms is approximately 25 minutes away from downtown Charleston which is famous for its shopping and history, particularly on King and Market Street. Isle of Palms has year round activities including kayaking, award winning golf courses, paddle boarding, and more. Our company prides itself on making guests feel at home and comfortable while on vacation. For additional information or specific questions, please put in an inquiry for your desired dates.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave two bath towels and two hand towels per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs

*Wild Dunes does not allow guests from "other rental agencies" to use their amenities so there is not access to a pool at this property. There is a rec center on 27th Avenue outside of Wild Dunes that has tennis courts, pickleball courts, a soccer field, baseball field, and basketball courts.

Isle of Palms Relaxation

My wife and I enjoyed the house and location. Very conveniently close to the beach and the IOP restaurants. We had an awesome time enjoying some warm October weather.

Great place to stay.

Very nice place and great location. Only thing I would say is the walk to the beach is not stroller/wagon friendly. There are stairs and a long walk in the sand so if you plan to have a wagon or something then I would recommend driving and not walking to the beach. Overall a very nice place and great stay.

Great location with easy beach access

Communication with property owners/management was quick and efficient. The condo was clean although the carpets were a bit dingy/stained in places. Although you do use a some stairs to get to the beach it was a quick walk. Location was great as it didn’t take long to get to any of “touristy” destinations

Place was clean, however very outdated. The master bedroom had several large windows that did not have any shades which was very bright early in the morning. This would be an issue for people wanting to sleep late.Location was very good, close to the beach.I would suggest changing out the two single beds for queens.

A hidden gem

This unbelievable property did not disappoint. We had such an incredible time. The boys could play outside in the yard. The home was clean and kitchen fully stocked. We will most definitely be back!!!

Nice location

This home is located within a short walk to the beach, Wild Dunes Resort and a short drive to Islander 71. The home was very comfortable and the kitchen stocked with nice cookware for eating in. There is a noise ordinance after 10 pm. Check-in was easy at the gate. Checkout is 10 am and all linens and towels need to be gathered as well as dishes cleaned and trash taken out prior to departure. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Great Location, property needs some work

Very good location for our purposes. Layout of the house handles people very well, with public and private spaces. Perfect for a group or family that doesn’t need or want to look at sand and the ocean. The front porch and railing is in a frightful state and MUST be replace, before someone goes head-over-teakettle or the whole staircase collapses. A thorough cleaning would help, lots of cobwebs. The carpet is pretty spooky and should be cleaned or replaced. Although not unique to this property, the “host fees” are outrageous and infuriates me. It’s like a restaurant tacking on a 20% fee for dishwashing services. Just tell us upfront what the cost is.

Family Beach Getaway

The property was spacious, quiet and just what we needed to relax. Definitely a quick walk to the beach and Robert took extra care to make sure that we were aware of any equipment rentals we may need during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels in the rooms and bathrooms. The only inconvenience we experienced was the WiFi going out on the last night of our stay, but we were so busy with other activities that we really didn’t notice it. Checkout procedure was simple and straightforward. We would definitely consider coming back to the property in the future.

We book this home with great excitement to spend time together with family that lives elsewhere. We have in the past rented homes on other area beaches, this home was just as wonderful as homes in the past.The home has all the conveniences, comfortable beds, outside shower, quick walk to the beach. Wonderful Stay

Great house- tons of light and space. Lots of kitchen supplies, comfy beds, and wonderful location for walking to the beach. We will definitely rent this house again!! House has lots of charm!
