Worst stay ever
Staff are hard to communicate with, had mosquitos in my room and asked the receptionist to get me a different room but no help , so i ended up chasing bugs instead of moving to another room , breakfast was ok .

In general it was good. Location is perfect, everything is close and in walking distance. Bathroom, towels and linen was clean, but table, floor and all surfaces was dusty.

location is one minute walking from laleli station is the best point. it is clean and service is good.

Location near the tramway is a big plus, safe deposit box in the room is useful. My 2nd floor single room with double bed size overlooking the sea view made my stay relaxing. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Relatively safe area. Key-less room door entry, no shampoo or conditioner in the bath, only soap. One electric outlet plug for you to charge your phone or electric device. It would be helpful to have a point of KIBLA direction in the room. The room is a little outdated but the price is excellent. They need to renew their bed sheets, blankets and their towels are very old. By the way the location is wrong on Google maps. The correct location is across the street from the backdoor of the double Tree Hotel across from the Lalali tramway station. If you use a Taxi let them drop you at the back door of the Double Tree by Hilton you will be at the front door of the Benler Hotel.

The hotel was very greasy and dirty the pillows were very uncomfortable the management bad also hotel.com has taken on 11-10-21 £9.58p reference number 154699822 I don’t know why as fees and service what is charge for?

Adequate base
Good location for the tram links. Can be noisy if your room is on the front. Clean but basic. Cardboard cups for Coffee & tea nothing was replenished during our 4 day stay. Receptionist not very helpful when we struggled to pair HES code with Istanbul travel card. Breakfast is adequate and better than other Istanbul hotels we have stayed in. Overall basic but adequate hotel if you just need a base while exploring Istanbul.

Hello Navid , All our room types are same just the beds combination different like 2 twin bed roomi triple single bed i 1 double and 1 single bed , We always arrnage the room according to the guests request. We have rooms availibale during your stay at the hotel , as soon as you request to change another room we act immidiatly and change your room accorging to your request. Sorry for misunderstanding . Der Preisleistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend, es ist in die Jahren gekommen aber gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal geht sofort auf die Wünsche der Gäste, und was beschrieben wurde ist angehalten worden. Wir können es weiter empfehlen.

Le réceptionniste du soir a essayé de nous attribué la mauvaise chambre qui à été changé après un bras de fer avec ce dernier qui est dur avec les clients Apart ça l’hôtel est bien avec un petit déjeuner varié mais qui manque de fruits

Hospedagem conveniente no centro de Istanbul.
O hotel está muito bem localizado, fácil acesso aos pontos de maior interesse para os visitantes. O quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos. O café da manhã é bem servido com boa variedade de artigos. O ponto negativo é a dificuldade de controle do ar condicionado.

L'horreur!
Horrible!!!! A l'accueil le personnel était très froid et impolis. Nous avions 2 réservations. Ils en ont retrouvé qu'une seule (la mienne). L'autre celle de mes tantes et ma grand-mère) qui était pourtant payée n'a pas été retrouvée. Ils ne voulaient rien savoir il fallait que ma tante paie 4 x la somme déjà payée pour qu'elles puissent sejourner dans le même hôtel que moi. Elles ont refusé. Heureusement que la wifi était gratuite (seule chose positive) Elles ont pu contacter hotel.com qui ont fait le nécessaire pour les reloger ailleurs. Nous avons donc été séparés et je suis resté seul à l'hôtel. Je ne pouvais pas annuler ma réservation sui était déjà payé car ils refusaient de me rembourser.

Très bon hôtel à 150 m du tram T1 et vous pouvez vous rendre à pieds à plusieurs endroit touristique , personnel accueillant et discrets ils m’ont même proposé plusieurs chambres pour en choisir une à ma convenance. L’hôtel est très propre, petit déjeuner varié en buffet seul bémol manque de fruits et les jus proposés sans un peu chimique mais pas trop grave pour moi Services des chambres parfait Prévoyez vos articles de douches ( shampooing, gel douche) non proposées

Bij aankomst werd er niets verteld en moest je maar alles uitzoeken. Geen uitleg over ontbijt of wat dan ook. Paspoorten werden ingenomen maar die heb ik snel weer teruggekregen. Ben niet gewend een paspoort achter te laten. Kamer was echt toe aan een update. Tweepersoonsbed is een twijfelaar dus wel erg krap. In de badkamer zat schimmel tussen de tegels. De kamer rook ook niet echt fris. Het enige fijne aan deze accommodatie was de ligging. Het zat op een fijne locatie en je kon te voet en met de tram overal naartoe. Er was één receptioniste die moeite deed om ons te helpen en echte service verleende. Ontbijt was prima en genoeg keus. Het was oké voor een paar dagen.

Bon hôtel avec un personnel sympa
En plus de son endroit stratégique qui est près de toute commodité, c'est un très bon hôtel, service impeccable, propreté rien à dire et petit déjeuner correct. Je donne 5 étoiles surtout pour l'accueil et la gentillesse avec lesquels on a été reçu le premier par M. Selçuk qui était vraiment souriant et très serviable tout au long du séjour et qui nous a trouvé un transport à l'aéroport (Mercedes Vito) à un très bon prix. Merci Selçuk👏👏
