This Hotel is in the heart of the city,Close to all the restaurants,Cafes and tram stations It’s very busy dustheap the day but beginning to quiet down by 9:00 pm Peaceful,clean and safe place Breakfast was so so nothing to write home about it I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. We stayed here six last days of December 22

Friendly Staff in Old City
The Grand Sirkeci Hotel is well centrally located in the Old City, and the staff is fantastic about the care and service they provide to their guests. The rooms are very clean, and mine, at least, I could see one of the great Mosques of the old city from my window. Would recommend

The picture of the building posted for this hotel is not the picture of the hotel, which is important when you are trying to find the hotel! The yellow taxi is not able to enter the street where the hotel is located so we were dropped off a few blocks away and had to walk to the hotel. There is breakfast offered by the hotel but the restaurant is not open for dinner. In some of the rooms, you can hear the call for prayer from a mosque near by.

Dear Olga, thank you for your feedback. We are sad the hear that you had difficulties finding the hotel. The picture of the hotel is a real picture. Sometimes the taxi drivers can not find the place, in that case they call the hotel and get directions.

My shower glass divider had a leak and the flush did not work when I got there. This could have all been addressed prior to a guest visit. Also, the room could have been not made available to guest until these issues were fixed. There was a significant puddle from the leak— a safety issue since it caused my floor to be slippery. Non-working flush is a BIG no-no. Granted that the staff were quick to respond and fix was quick and easy, they should’ve offered to move me to a different room while addressing the problems. Overall, if you are a hotel right beside the ORIENT BANK, you should be competitive with facilities management. A lower price does is not an excuse for sub-par conditions of the basics (aka bathroom facilities).

Very nice hotel, we stayed in the room with balcony. Breakfast was great and service is excellent. Very friendly restaurant Manager and staff. Chef specially made some vegan dishes for us. Very pleased with the stay. Thank you.

I’m checking out my hotel room now and I’m going to airport so I should tell my stay in Grand Sirkeci Hotel was wonderful, the breakfast was great, we had so many choices between cold and hot meals, sooooo delicious and enjoyable, the hotel’s staffs were so responsible and kind, the location of the hotel is near by the historical places with a calm and friendly neighborhood, the room itself was clean but we didnt have toothpaste and slippers and that was my only problem. I suggest this hotel.

We stayed at the grand Sirkeci Hotel, Old town Istanbul twice in Aug for 12 days and Sep 7 days for a total of 19 days in 2021. I have nothing but praise to the wonderful staff at this hotel. We were very pleased with all the accommodations provided. best value for your buck comparing to other hotels we stayed in throughout Europe. Breakfast was phenomenal. We loved its convenient location to all interesting historical sites to include the Grand Bazar and the easy access to the Bosphorus Strait. We will definitely stay here again. .

This hotel is brand new! Loved that our room was a family room with a private bedroom. The staff were AMAZING and went above and beyond to take care of our needs. The breakfast option is a must! It provided a wonderful menu and the staff were helpful. We loved this place!!
