The lobby and staff are def 4*, but not the rest of the hotel. No special complaint about the room, it was OK, the breakfast was not good at all (no coffee option - machine broken). Our room was facing the street with a club open until 6am so it was hard to fully rest throughout the night without being woken up. The staff however was extremely helpful and kind! I would consider other options next time.

The concierge was excellent from the moment we arrived. He suggested several excellent restaurants and booked tours for us. He was very knowledgeable about transportation options and directions. Overall we had a wonderful stay there!

The place is quiet and very relaxing. The staff members are welcoming and provided me with all the necessary information regarding how to move around in Istanbul and the best places to visit. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Poor service, dated rooms
Would NOT recommend this hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights last week. On night 2, the shower door collapsed on me, glass everywhere and cuts on my body. The hotel did not have a first aid kit, offered no help in acquiring any first aid materials or assistance finding medical care. I requested a refund for this 1 night, since we weren't moved to a new room until the next day, and we were unable to use the shower / bathroom - front desk staff refused a partial refund and was rude to us, despite the injuries sustained during our stay.

The stay was okay, however we had an alarm going off every time we open and close the door, we asked this to be fixed as soon as we moved in and kept asking a few times a day every time we passed by the reception, they kept promising that it would be fixed it but unfortunately nothing happened. Also there was a problem with using the stairs on the third floor, the door handle was broken, they sent someone up however it was never fixed. Tried to order a taxi through the front desk, we ended up waiting for 30 min to then find out they didn't even call. For this type of service - overpriced, seems like we are just paying for the design of the hotel that has no service. We ended up extending our trip but decided to move to a different hotel.

This was a very nice hotel with such an amazing staff. The location was perfect,… near all the cafes and restaurants in Karakoy, but situated away enough that it was peaceful and quiet at night. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The AC didn’t work, the lock on the door didn’t work, the shower had no glass so the water went everywhere, the rooms are tiny, definitely not 4 stars

A clean modest room, delightful staff
The room was pleasant and clean enough, but very small. It was fine for us because we really didn't want to spend much time there given that the city outside was so lovely. The location is fabulous, and the people at the front desk were super welcoming and caring about us. Breakfast was good.

Wonderful little hotel close to everything
This was a fantastic choice. The hotel is modern, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure guests are happy. I arrived drenched from the rain and the receptionist rung out my coat by hand and hung it up to dry, even offered to borrow one of his in the meantime! I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends when they’re visiting, and would stay again too! The location is strategic as well, close to ferries and tram, you can reach anywhere easily.

Sehr nettes Personal! Umgebung ist etwas laut, ein Disko ist gegenüber! Aus dem Fenster hat man kein bzw. wenig Aussicht! Frühstück ist nichts besonderes! Personal ist sehr bemüht zu helfen! Es gibt vielen in der Umgebung zu entdecken!

Leider muss ich sagen, dass die Toilette immer gestunken hat. Die Abflussrohr war halb draußen und stumpf immer nach Kanalisation. Natürlich auch das ganze Zimmer. Irgendwann getan hat man dagegen gar nichts sehr traurig. Die Dusche ist kaputt. Viel Teile und Möbel sind kaputt und defekt. Sehr alte Möbel auch

Insgesamt macht die Unterkunft einen soliden Eindruck. Es sind meiner Meinung nach keine 4 Sterne. Das Frühstück ist bedürftig, die Zimmer klein und das Bad verschimmelt. Positiv hingegen sind jedoch das Personal und die zentrale Lage.

Biz sömestir tatilinde ailece İstanbul gezisi yaptık bunun için merkezi konumda bir otel tercih ettik evet otel konum olarak çok merkezi bir konumda ancak otopark sorunu var daha doğrusu otoparkı yok yakındaki Galata porta yönlendiriyorlar orası da günlük 340 TL ücret alıyor bunun dışında temizlik vasat sayılacak pozisyonda kahvaltı çok kötüydü ve çeşit yoktu ayrıca çok gürültü vardı gece rahat uyuyamıyorsunuz bunun dışında çalışanlar ilgili sayılırdı özellikle ön büro çalışanları.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Sehr gute Lage, da viele bekannte Stadtteile nah und günstig zu erreichen sind. Das Bad ist meiner Meinung nach ausbaufähiger aber erfüllt trotzdem seinen Zweck. Es war ein wenig kalt, die Bedienung der Heizung/Klima war ein wenig Komplex.

Wir waren vier Nächte im Hotel, und waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentrumsnah, ist aber in einer sehr ruhigen und sicheren Gegend. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés, und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, unter anderem mit Smart TV im Schlafzimmer und einer guten WLAN Verbindung. Das Frühstück war sehr großzügig, und größer, als wir erwartet haben. Der größte Pluspunkt ist diesem Hotel, ist aber das Personal. Sie waren so höflich und freundlich, dass wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt haben. Bei Fragen und Problemen waren sie sehr hilfsbereit und auch an sich konnte man immer eine sehr nette Unterhaltung mit Ihnen führen. Auch das Putzpersonal war extremst freundlich und kam jeden Tag und hat gefragt, ob sie putzen soll. Selbst wenn man das nicht in Anspruch genommen hat, konnte man bei Nachfrage immer neue Handtücher usw bekommen. Ich bin selbst jemand, der im Vorhinein sehr viele Rezessionen über Hotels liest, und muss nach meinem Aufenthalt sagen, das ich keines der schlechten Rezessionen nachvollziehen kann. Keines davon habe ich in diesem Hotel gesehen und ich hab mich gefragt, ob es sich überhaupt um das selbe Hotel handelt. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.
