Tolerable for short stay
Nice location. But the cons, our room air conditioner is not really working. The room was smelly when we entered, found out it was the aircond problem. Had to complain twice for the aircond till they sent people to top up the gas. Room is a bit dusty.

Slipping down the cleanness and comfort
I have been staying in this hotel for last couple kf years , early it was clean and very good house keeping and welcoming staff but as time goes on the Quality and comfort is really missing

Basic hotel, good for short stay
Was an ok room for just 1 night. Good shower, comfy bed but the staff didn't speak much English so asking for directions was a bit tricky. I also emailed them beforehand to ask about transport options from the airport but didn't get a response from them. It turned out to be about 1hr taxi ride from the airport. It's a 10 minute bus to the National Museum and Monument but not much else in the nearby area that we came across.

An OK place.
Room: Stayed in a double room. The size is ok; enough room to walk about. Room comes a stool, a counter/ study table and a big comfy bed. Oh, there’s also a safe. It doesn’t have a mini-fridge and a kettle. The hotel looks and feels very new, but the rooms and the corridor doesn’t quite look the part. But that didn’t ruin my experience at all. There was something quite annoying about my stay though. There was some kind of sound coming from somewhere. It sounded like a gear motor or a pulley of some sort. It can be quite noticeable but surprisingly, I was too tired to be affected by it. Which leads me to my next point - sound insulation. Noise insulation isn’t top-notch. Service: Front desk speaks decent English. However I was disappointed with their check out service. The receptionist could have asked me what am I queuing up for; it’ll only take 5 seconds to do that. In the end, I had to wait for the receptionist to finish entertaining the two people in front of me. And when it was my turn, it only took him 4 seconds to sort me out. “Check out?” “Yes please” “Thank you for staying” I had my room tidied up without my asking for it; it was fine with me. The water dispenser is a big big plus for me. Location Located along the ever busy Mangga Besar street. Cheap eats line the street as well as convenience stores. Taxis also run aplenty. The surrounding areas feel safe and “clean”, although sleazy areas can be found inside the myriad of alleyways.

Cheap, adequate, near culinaries & transport hub
I've stayed for one night. It's been a pleasure sleep if you don't need any special amenities and services from the hotel. Good bed, clean but small room, and the good one is you can walk around the hotel if you want to find great Medanese culinaries. Durian, pork, hainan, chinese foods, all around the hotel. Another good value is that the hotel is located near the Olimo Transjakarta Shelter, and just two stops away from Jakarta Kota MRT Station. It is recommended if you have to go around Jakarta using public transportation.

Unfair to Expedia customers
They try to 'push' the sub-standard room to Expedia's customers, maybe due to the low offer rate ? This is my experience on the 27/2 - 29/3/15. Booked via Expedia about one week ahead and request a high floor room. Check in on 27/3 about 3pm, they gave me a room at 3rd floor (305) and with a faulty air conditioner. Technician came to investigate but waited for almost 2 hrs, nothing has been done and they not even inform me what is the outcome of the repair work nor offer to changed room for me as I requested !! THE RECETIONISTS just don't care !! Finally after struggled for about 5 hrs, they changed me to room 205, with the window facing a wall which is about 3 feet from the window !. I wonder what have the hotel staff learnt regarding Hotel Hospitality from their Managers. I wasted about 5 solid hours just because of the Air conditioner !!

That 2 years old hôtel is like a20 years old and more. I was really désappointed about the clearing and the environment. More, it' s very difficult to Walk outside and find at least a restaurant. I will not recommand for people in solo without any transportation

Budget hotel and you get what you pay for
Budget hotel with great potential - but not quite there yet. I really want to love this hotel - it's in an easy location for street food, the staff is amazing and friendly, the breakfast was more than I expected, and the price is awesome. I can deal with a small room and even the lack of "basic" toiletries, like soap or toothpaste - but I could not overlook the stained sheets, dirty pillowcases and dingy towels.

Very well situated, close to Transjakarta Line 1 stops, very easy to get around, although this neighbourhood itself is not so great (very few restaurants, but plenty of food stands at night only). The staff was really helpful, especially the security agent who helped us with a taxi deiver who did not want to give us our change back. Rooms are quite new, everything works well although floors had not been cleaned before we went in, and were not cleaned either during our stay. Breakfast is mostly indonesian, although there is some bread and jam.

Ich hatte ein Superior-Zimmer mit großem Doppelbett gebucht, aber bei Anreise nur ein Standartzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bekommen. Das Zimmer befand sich im 7 Stock an einer stark befahrenen Straße, da die Klimaanlage nur ein laues Lüftchen bot mußte ich und meine Freundin mit offenen Fenster schlafen.Da dort sehr starker Straßenverkehr herschte viel uns das Einschlafen schwer,das Zimmer war auch sehr klein es war zwar ein Safe im Zimmer aber niemand erklärte Uns wie man den Safe öffnet.Das Zimmer war aber sauber was aber überhaupt nicht geht, ist das bei der Abreise erst nicht bemerkt aber bei einen zwischen Stop Einbruchsspuren am Fahrzeug der Familie meiner Freundin festgestellt wurden obwohl der Parkplatz im Untergeschoss des Hotel sich befindet.Jetzt meine Frage was hat der Wachmann gemacht vielleicht geschlafen ?. Möchte noch erwähnen das meine Freundin selber aus Indonesien kommt und mir nach meiner Buchung gesagt hat das die Gegend nicht ohne ist. Ich wußte auch nicht das es ein Alt und Neu Jakarta gibt, habe von den 15 Tagen die ich gebucht hatte nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht also ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen auch die Fotos scheinen von der Eröffnung zu sein den die Wirklichkeit sah total anderst aus. Ich rate jedem sich lieber vor Ort ein Bild von den Hotels, zu machen und bei nicht gefallen sich einfach ein anderes Hotel zu suchen. Also ich werde nie mehr ein Hotel in Indonesien per Internet buchen das steht für mich fest.

まずは立地がコタマンガブサールにあり便利です。値段は相当安く、かつ築年数が新しいので水回りのトラブル等ありません。寝れればいいという方には最適なホテルの１つと思います。

日中に出掛けるには良い場所。
マンガプサール通り沿いで、ハヤムウㇽク通りに近い側なので、徒歩で近隣へは行けます。近くに日本食1軒、他にローカルの食事処も連なっており深夜まで賑わっているので便利で安心、安全です。

街中のリーズナブルホテル
建物自体は新しくコンパクトで使いやすい。 部屋の中のWiFiが弱く繋がりが悪いのが残念でした。 その他の部分は特に気になることはなく値段が安いからと言って我慢するようなことはなかったです。 タクシーもすぐに捕まるので移動にも困りません。 食べ物もインドネシア料理を始めrいろいろなものが付近で調達できます。 ひとり旅でホテル代は安く抑えたいという人にぴったりなホテルです。 ジャカルタは季節によって洪水になることもありますが、このちいきは洪水にになりやすいといった点が懸念されます。

施設はきれいで、おおむね快適にステイできます。スタッフの対応はまあまあかな。安いプランだと朝食がついていません。あと、途中でwifiが使えなくなったのですが、なぜかパスワードが変更されていました。

コスパに優れたビジネスホテルです。
場所はマンガプサール通りに面していて、ハヤムウルッの大通りまでは徒歩3,4分と便利な場所にあります。 ホテルは現地客をメインとしたビジネスホテルです。 出来てそんなに年月が経っていないせいか、まだまだ館内も部屋も綺麗です。 部屋は必要最小限の設備で、金庫はあるものの冷蔵庫はありません。 シャワーのお湯の出やトイレなどの水廻りはちゃんとしています。 掃除は午前中に一回、水のボトル二本が補充されます。今回4泊したのですが、この滞在中結局シーツの替えは一度もありませんでした（4日間同じ場所に大きなシミを確認）。掃除はちゃんとやってくれています。 ホテルの近隣には現地の食堂やらレストラン、日本のラーメン屋などあり、深夜まで営業しているので便利です。コンビニも近くに何軒かあります。 総じて安い値段でそれなりに清潔なホテルですので、日中出掛けて夜寝に帰るだけならお薦めです。
