"La cama matrimonial que contraté, no me la dieron. Me dieron una cama sencilla y éramos dos personas. Llamé a la chica del front desk y simplemente me dijo que estaban sold out y era lo único que tenían. Que el problema no era de ellos, sino de Expedía que fue quien me asignó esa cama. Era tarde en la noche, estábamos cansados, así que tuve que aguantarme y resignarme. Su actitud no fue amable y me parece que no recibí por lo que pagué.
