Fully Air Conditioned Villa With Heated Pool Set In Large Landscaped Gardens

Here is a single level villa set within large, landscaped gardens featuring a Bar/BBQ, Dining, Relaxing area adjacent the fabulous 8x4 private heated swimming pool. The villa's typical Spanish appearance belies its modern interior which comprises lounge with log burner, dining area, fully equipped kitchen. Naya with views out to the garden and swimming pool. Three double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities with the remaining 2 double bedrooms sharing the house shower room. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. We also have a Sofa Bed in the lounge. The villa is appointed with fine quality furniture throughout. The large driveway has ample parking for at least four vehicles.

My wife and I purchased the villa in January 2018. Since then we have fully landscaped the gardens which included a new pool side pergola providing a beautiful shaded area with soft seating, dining for eight. BBQ area and bar with wine cooler.
All three bedrooms, lounge and dining area enjoy full air conditioning.
The kitchen now includes a Bosch dishwasher.

The villa is just a short distance to the many great beaches of Javea such as Portichol, Granadella and L'Arenal with L'Arenal being only a six minute drive away.
The villa is also within strolling distance of bars and a small supermarket, several excellent restaurants specialising in Italian, Spanish, Greek and Nepalese cuisine.

The main town of Javea is a ten minute drive, the Port area is eight minutes and the Arenal only six minutes drive away.

WINTER LETS:

If you are thinking of escaping the bitter cold winter weather? Special rates for winter lets from November through to March can be arranged from as little as £1800.00 per month. Pool heating is 100 Euros per week between October and April. The pool heater would be switched on one week prior to your arrival.

Attractive and comfortable
The property is very attractive both inside and out with a lovely garden and pool and an outside dining area with barbecue. It benefited from having the friendly owner living nearby - any needs were promptly met and a steady flow of suggestions for excursions and restaurants was forthcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed both the house and the area.

Great place for a winter holiday
Beautiful villa set in a quiet location. John was on hand to meet us and show us around the villa. He was very welcoming and offered advice on the local area, where to visit, where to eat and market days. The heated pool was a lovely addition. The BBQ area was lovely. Bedrooms, living room and kitchen were comfortable. The Naya was a nice place to sit in the evening. The local area has a lot of treasures. The beaches are fabulous. Plenty of areas to park enabling you to explore the area. Would recommend this villa for families with children of any age.

Perfect Autumn Break
We have just spent a thoroughly enjoyable week in Javea. The villa was clean and well equipped and a perfect size. The outside barbeque and bar area was a lovely space to spend the evenings and at this time of year very quiet. Well worth paying the extra to have the pool heated ! John was a great host, and was over to sort a small problem out within minutes. We'd definitely go back.

Great return visit to Javea after 16 years.
John's villa has a fantastic outdoor area and pool, everything we were lookin for and better than we had expected. The villa is fully equipped and a great base for us to visit some of our old haunts in the area. John provided excellent information on the area and where to eat. We visited a couple of his recommendations and were not disappointed. The area around the villa has several restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely relaxt stay
We stayed in this villa for one week. It was great! The garden and pool are amazing. Within 5 minutes by car you have a big supermarket and within 10 minutes you are at the beach. Javea has some amazing beaches. Also the boulevard with a sand beach is amazing, especially for young children. The villa itself has everything you need, great that there was a washing machine and in every room was airco. The only thing we wish to be different were the beds. We would definitely stay here again if there are new matrasses.

What a fantastic host.
Villa lovely. Host John is extremely helpful without being intrusive. Always on hand if any issues arise. The villa is lovely and in an area which is extremely quiet so if you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place. John did suggest that we hire a car as there is not a local bus service but we tend to spend our time chilling so didn’t get a car. With hindsight we probably should have as there is not much in the local area. Shopping was done online and delivered for a small fee - perfect. Taxis are prompt and fares are reasonable. The pool area at the villa was perfect and the garden is well maintained with lots of interesting features. All in all a great holiday at a beautiful location. Would definitely recommend. Thank you John.

Our host John was spectacular He went out of his way to point us in the right direction for food, wine and attractions. Including make a reservation for us one evening. The house was exactly as the pictures showed and there was plenty of excellent choices of restaurants within walking distances. We would highly recommend this location for anybody looking for a relaxing Spain holiday.

The outdoor kitchen area is excellent and one of the reasons we booked the villa in the first place.The pool is a great size. Amazing place
We had a very nice stay. The heated pool with shower was fantastic. The outdoor space was amazing, we spent a lot of time there. The house was very complete with airconditioning, wasmachine, gusto coffee and the basics were there. John is a very kind and good host. He was waiting for us in the middle of the night to welcome us. We hope we will come back!

Lovely villa in a peaceful location
Communication with the owner was very efficient and the check in process smooth. The villa is in a lovely quiet location but still within walking distance of various local restaurants. It was a short drive to a couple of local beaches, and also Javea & Denia. The host provided some great recommendations. We payed to pay an extra €100 for the pool heating which meant it was a lovely temperature!

Fantastic villa!
From the moment we arrived the host was very welcoming and showed us around. The villa is beautiful- very spacious, modern and clean. The outside area is amazing - so much room and plenty of seating to chose from! Also, lots of shade if needed too. The pool is larger than average and was great - our children were in it from early morning until late at night! Lovely gardens with fruit trees and a washing line. Would definitely recommend! Car hire needed to explore the area in full.

We stayed at John´s villa for seven nights during our October midterm school holidays. The property and the host met and exceeded our expectations. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and met the host. John is friendly and easygoing. We had a great chat and shared the beer together. From arrival to departure all went smooth. The house was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The backyard is the focal point of the holiday. Beautifully landscaped and green. We just wanted to enjoy it as much as possible. It is cosy, inviting, spacious, different lounge areas, big swimming pool, bbq and bar area, and much more. Kids were in the swimming pool a lot as it was heated. This service is available on the request and worth it. The weather was amazing and we were lucky in that respect. It was important to us to have a peace and quite and we had it. The villa is located on the hill outside of Javea in residential hood surrounded by other houses. Very green neighborhood with 3 beautiful wild beaches 5 to 10 minutes driving from the property. Our favorite were playa Gradanella and Playa Ambolo. There are also few restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. Didn't eat much outside as we wanted to enjoy the backyard. We loved every aspect of our holiday and would defiantly return if we go back to Javea one day. Thank You John for memorable family vacation. Warm regards, Jelena

This is nice villa with excellent outside space and a decent sized pool. There could have been more sun beds available albeit the rocking sun beds were novel. Internally the villa is compact with three spacious bedrooms. The kitchen was a good size but could have been better appointed with cutlery crockery glasses etc. All in our stay was enjoyable with only a few minor issues which would stand a little attention. The owner is very attentive and responsive to any issues brought to his attention.

Very nice Villa. Well located i.e. not on top of everything. Private pool area and gardens not overlooked at all. Spacious exterior well-kept with plenty of chairs and loungers. Outdoor living and eating area perfect. Pool excellent in size and depth and spotless. Inside clean and adequate all the things you need to make you feel comfortable. AC in each room, great. You will enjoy, you can’t help it. The owners. John, well, what can one say; he’s the perfect host, and is available should you have a query. The villa was great and comfortably appointed. The outside area around the pool was really good with several areas for sitting and relaxing and also eating outside. There was plenty of seating and sun lounges for all of us. John was a great host from the moment we booked and was there when we arrived to explain all the facilities and was very helpful with any questions we had and kept in touch to ensure we were ok. We definitely recommend this villa for a nice relaxing holiday.

Great stay in Javea!
We enjoyed a fantastic holiday based at John’s Villa. It was comfortably furnished inside and had a wonderful outside area with plenty of seating and a good sized heated pool. John was also very friendly and was at hand for any queries we had. Would definitely recommend a stay at this luxury Villa, we are looking to book again in the near future.

The villa was exactly as described. From the moment we made contact with the owner everything went smoothly. John always responded in a timely fashion and it was very pleasant to deal with him. The house is very comfortable and is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Plenty of excellent restaurants and activities in a 15 minute radius. A car is a must. We found the locals very friendly and helpful. We appreciated John taking the time to give us an orientation tour of the surrounding area. We would recommend and book the villa again without hesitation.

Love the property !! The best home we stayed in Spain
We came from USA to tour Spain for spring break with another family (totalling 4 adults and 3 kids) . Javea was our last stop and the best as well . We enjoyed the beaches , old town and the most relaxing stay at John’s property . It has big front yard with heated pool. We did BBQs and kids swim in the pool almost every day. The location is very good, close to all places we want to go, and the house is super clean, the linens are new and beds are very comfortable. It has everything we need. And there are fresh fruits to pick in the back yard (that is the highlight for me ). John is a very nice host, always there to answer our questions. I am pretty sure that we will go back to Javea and John‘s house is our 1st choice for sure. Highly recommended ! !

John the owner was brilliant from the start, lots of communication, fabulous directions. When we arrived he was there to meet us and even brought us some bread/milk tea bags! (We arrived around 11pm). The following day he returned to the villa to give us a quick tour of the area. The villa was lovely. Super clean and well equipped. The pool was heated so the kids were straight in first thing in the morning. The garden has fruit trees with the biggest lemons i’ve seen! There is a lovely Indian/Nepalese restaurant 3 minute walk from the villa which was great. The staff were lovely and the food great even being able to cater for us vegans. Would totally recommend John and his lovely villa.
