"Nice sized room for their cheapest rate. Bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. Nice pool but no hot tub. At check out, front desk staff went out of her way to be helpful. We were very impressed. The woman running the breakfast was energetic and friendly - she put out hot things regularly so all guests had a nice breakfast. Great breakfast. This was our second stay there. First was so nice that we came back. Right across the street is the sprawling Short Pump shopping. "

"The food was great and being welcomed to the smell of popcorn after a 6 Hour Dr. was just what my body and soul needed! I felt bad for the poor girl at the front desk because the woman ahead of us in line was screaming at her for not giving her a free upgrade. This employee remained composed and professional, and when it was our turn, she smiled the whole interaction never happened. I highly commend her for her composure and feel bad that she was spoken to that way."

"This is an excellent hotel. The toilet in our first room had a faulty flush, and the desk changed us seamlessly to a room a few doors down. Then I had an embarrassing emergency -- an otherwise unnoticed rash on my skin opened up and bled a little on the bedding. The desk sent up a complete change of linen with kindness and sympathy. I wish I had the name of that excellent desk clerk, who genuinely cared (she was on duty on the morning of July 10). The breakfast is FAB (eggs and sausage, plus other stuff), and is operated by a sweet, thoughtful person named Dee. We even met a few dogs! La Quintas are pet-friendly. We really appreciated our stay here. Thank you."

"We would highly recommend staying at the home two suites in short pump. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The mall which is within walking distance is unbelievable and has almost any store you could think of and amazing restaurants. We love sitting out on the patio and people watched.We will definitely be back."
