When we get to the hotel they have sold our rooms to other people. They said that this time of the year they have high demand and that they reserve the right to sell the rooms to other people. 5 other family arrived when arrived they had the same problem.

Pleasant stay after an 18 hour drive!
Pleasant stay, food at the restaurant was good and employees were attentive and helpful. Receptionist the nicest of all. Gated parking made us feel safe through the night. Beds were double (full-size) beds. Will stay again

Plain but clean and modern
A very decent option for an overnight stay when doing a Mexican road trip. Nothing special, but clean and modern and good customer service. Very helpful that they have a full restaurant on site. The rooms are quite spacious, but pretty plain, no lamps, no carpet, no art. But was definitely clean which is what most mattered to me. It's a very large property with a central courtyard and pool. The place seems brand new and they are still working on it, so there was a lot of dust everywhere. Once it's complete, and the landscaping matures, I think it will be nice. Lots of free parking.

This a good hotel to stay at for one or two nights max as you are driving thru Chihuahua. It was clean but the room smelled funny. I like that the parking was in the back and had a security person. Not much around the area.

I stayed four nights in this hotel. The place is nice and well kept. It's located right next to the railroad tracks and trains go by several times every night blowing its horn. Very annoying!!!! The beds are extremely firm/hard. My room was very far away from the reception and my electronic key had to be reprogrammed about three times every day. With all this, this is the best hotel in town.

Todo es excelente por parte del hotel solo creo falta un poco más de seguridad y control con las personas que allí se hospedan ya que les permiten estar fen el area de piscina haciendo escándalo hasta altas horas de la noche lo cual es muy incómodo para los huéspedes que dejamos descansar por lo demás recomiendo el hotel un 100%

Don’t stay, just eat.
Double beds, supposedly for 4 people. Only had two towels in bath room, asked for 2 extra towels and got told to leave an ID, till the towels got returned, other option was to leave money for deposit for towels. Hairs found on the pillows and sheets. The floor wasn’t clean, there was an old water bottle under one of the beds upon arrival. Shower wasn’t the cleanest either. Only good thing about this place is the restaurant! Great food and good service. Restaurant 10/10, hotel/room 4/10

DON'T Stay here - Horrible Customer Care
I made a reservation through hotels.com and followed up directly with the hotel with a phone call to confirm my reservation. Informed the receptionist of a 10pm arrival. Shortly before my arrival I received a direct message that my reservation had been cancelled because I did not arrive before 8pm, even though I had told them my 10pm arrival. I called and they played dumb, that there wasn't anything they could do. That their management had cancelled all reservations. This is price gouging!! Many travelers were arriving after 8pm and management was selling the rooms at a higher rate! Horrible customer service!!!!

The bathroom was horrible. Hot water wasnt coming out and the water was to slow it was horrible we told them so they could help they didn’t do nothing about it.

Los cuartos no están aislados, puedes escuchar el más mínimo ruido de las avitaciones de enseguida. Los Sábados lo agarran de Motel y para hacer fiestas la gente local.

No me gusto que todos los dias le cambien la contraseña al internet y que cada que vuelvas al hotel hay que iniciar la sesion y poner los datos de nuevo.. tampoco que las contraseñas sean para cada 2 personas diferentes. No te dan mas que 2 toallas por cuarto para 4.. las otras 2 te puden credencial y hay que ir por ellas todos los dias.. la reservacion por este medio sale mas cara que en el hotel

Buen hotel a un excelente precio
Buen hotel a un excelente precio. Muy limpio y bien cuidado. No es muy lujoso, pero esta muy bien mantenido. Lo unico malo es que se escucha mucho el ruido de fuera y habitaciones contiguas y no tenían hielo disponible.
