“Great stay”

“The resort is a little out of the way of Antalya but it's very peaceful. Room was nice and clean. The private beach is closeby and there is a frequent shuttle service. Food and drinks are abundant at all times, but the fish/meat options aren't the tastiest as they are all blant. May be they need to look at having cooks catering to a more wider variety of visitors from around the world. The numerous restaurants mentioned on the website aren't open during the off season (only the main buffet...

“The all inclusive food was very good and nice service. Transport between AirPort and Hotel was far too expensive. Too long from the nearest city. Walking distanse at least 30 minutter to Belek. But for the price it was quite OK. ”

“On arrival I was greeted by the Manager Mr Orcun who had a very hospitable approach. During my stay it was busy which shows that there’s a lot of excellent qualities within the service presentation. Breakfast is excellent and there’s staff willing to serve you until it’s time to leave the food hall. You can even have your your eggs done to your liking etc. Food is nice and fresh also the area always clean. That’s more than 6 stars in my book. My check out time would have been too early...

“When we arrived, I told the receptionist that I have booked 2 rooms, he insisted that it is 1 room only! I had paid for both rooms and had to show him the confirmation. As soon as I showed him the confirmation, he suddenly said, yes! Okay! He had my reservation already and I found what he did very unprofessional. Also, the rooms shower fixtures were super dirty and the door of the shower was broken.”
