"Ein wunderschön gelegenes kleines Appartement unter Reet, gut ausgestattet, aber mit kleinem Renovierungsbedarf ( Spülmaschinenkorb angerostet, Wasserhahn an der Spüle "leckt"). Preis an Kampen " angepasst". Gute Busanbindung ( Vermieter vergibt für Aufenthalt kostenfreies Busticket, super..) Schlüsselübergabe kompliziert, da dieser erst in Westerland abgeholt werden muss.. Alles in allem schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Schwächen..."

"Sauber, aber nur das Nötigste wird an der Wohnung gemacht: altes Bad und Küche - lange nichts mehr investiert. Kaputte Mülleimer. Vorteilhaftere Fotos im Inserat - sehr enge Treppe und oben kein aufrechter Gang möglich. Nachts oben sehr laut bei Wind und Regen. Insgesamt kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man es mit modernen und geräumigen Ferienwohnungen in bspw. Wenningstedt vergleicht."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, ohne künstliches Licht geht es nicht. Der Raum mit dem Bett ist sehr eng, beim Aufstehen aus dem Bett stößt man mit dem Kopf gegen die Wand. "The room decor is old and needs updating, the furniture was hard and uncomfortable. The swimming pool photos looked luxurious but reality more like public swimming pool, the indoor hot tub was lukewarm. At check out (10am) there was a long queue and only 1 employee on duty, we waited 25 mins only to hand the keys and bath cards over (had asked if we needed to queue and was told yes, but in fact not really necessary). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We didn’t book breakfast because it was too expensive (€88 for our family per day)."

"The property had flaking paint in bedroom looked like water damage. Overall cleanliness was poor lots of dust and cobwebs particularly upstairs behind sofa bed. Covers off sockets in two rooms. Lamp needs attention upstairs. Needs curtains in bedrooms to block out the light. We have stayed at this resort three times never had issues before."
