“This cottage is conveniently located for visiting Akron, Cuyahoga Valley, and even Canton. We like birding and hiking, and there are many beautiful parks in this area. The cottage is comfortable and lovingly decorated. Great communication with the property manager and owner! My only complaint is not with the cottage itself, but with its description of being “steps from the lake.” While this is technically true, the steps take you to a guardrail behind which are private properties going down...

“The Sandpiper Cottage was spotless. The robes were a nice surprise and made it special, in fact, my sister looked them up and is going to buy one. The hot tub was perfect, and breakfast was delicious. Lisa answered my questions promptly and was a gracious hostess. I wish i would have had an address instead of directions, and i expected more of a villiage instead of a drive to everything. That, of couse, is no fault of the hostess. “Comfortable home with a very well appointed kitchen; it had a Keurig and an air fryer in addition to the standard appliances! All the pots and pans you could need to cook for a crowd! Charcoal and wood were provided for the grills and fire pit. Many games were available including cornhole. I can’t speak highly enough of this lovely property. Would definitely stay here again!”
