“Everything was nice!”

“This hotel is being renovated as of my stay. I had a nice time. Some of the furniture is a little rough, and I am sure will be replaced. Nothing that would cause me not to stay again. Breakfast was great. Staff was super courteous. I love the location. Very close to Pt. Pleasant and the silver bridge. Fast food and pizza are both close by as well. ”

“It was $40 more expensive than the super 8 across the river and there was no shampoo and conditioner just a tiny bar of soap and a small bottle of soap. For $40 last I could have stayed at the super 8 motel and had full bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash. The room at the super 8 motel is also a lot bigger. ”

“Fights in the hallway with kids in the hallway from a baseball tournament. Management was impotent to stop them. Called twice. Left the hotel after 4 hours and demanding a full refund.”

“The property was ideally situated for our daily travel to visit family. The room was clean and had the desired connections for internet use, as well as electfic outlets to support two CPAP machines and two cellphones. 👍”

“The staff is extremely rude. Use extreme caution when walking around the king size bed because there’s about of 18 inches between the wall in bed. They give you exactly 2 hand towels to wash glass and two towel towels. No towel to step on when you get out of the shower. Bring your own shampoo because they give you something that looks like a ketchup packet and it stinks and is not literally enough to wash your hair, especially if you’re a woman. The furniture looks like it came from a……

“The clerks checked us in and out quickly which was nice. The continental breakfast opened (we were first ones there) coffee was still Coming out as clear hot water.. when we looked no eggs or meats etc so not as full As other places with continental breakfasts. The walls were very thin and easy to hear people outside and in the halls. The clerks were very friendly. ”

“Room smelled of smoke and was so bad I had an allergic reaction. Thin walls and I listened to people arguing all night. Also since this was next to a busy road and highway, lots of road noise.”

“The owners are absolutely horrible we have stayed there alot and habe always cleaned our room took trash out etc well the owners and housekeeping will banf on your doornat 11:10 yelling and demanding you to open the door making an absolute scene for no reason we signed up.for a late check out but they apparently denied us and we also told we had a dog and the girl asked if we wanted the same room we said yes she out us in different room which wasnt for pets they also keep every deposit ”

“you have to check in before 10pm or they will cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say this on the site when booking. Also, there isn’t a phone number to call for the front desk to get ahold of anyone at the motel. The number sends you to a call center not located on site. ”
