Received a surprise 2nd charge for staying. Information on how to get to the resort and transportation to do it was not provided. Otherwise everything was fine

The studio was small but comfortable. The host was very friendly and willing to accommodate any needs I would have. On a snowy day the host cleaned my car off !! Amazing

Wonderful location and hosts!
This property is located at just a couple of blocks from downtown Ketchum, so I parked my car and walked everywhere for a week. And the hosts were so attentive, answering all of my questions, and making great suggestions about the events during the holidays. They even decorated the condo with Christmas memorabilia, lots of cheer for the holidays!

Small but quaint
Cute studio with all amenities but it was part of the owner's home so we felt like we we're invading their privacy. They were very nice and understanding when we shortened our stay due to rainy weather. No view from the room.

Great hosts and exactly what we were looking for
Great location - easy walking distance from anywhere in downtown Ketchum. Place was clean and well stocked. Terry and Maria were great - they greeted us upon arrival, let us borrow chairs and a blanket for a concert, and even let me keep my expensive bike in their garage :)

So cozy!
The host is a wonderful and prompt communicator. The studio apartment is every bit as lovely as the photographs. It’s a cozy delight! The location is also a plus. Easy walking distance to everything I needed/wanted.

Maria has added a lot of nice touches to her studio apt. Bathrobes, laundry soap, even scissors and really anything you could need. I stayed a week there for work. It's in a great location, within walking distance to just about everything in downtown Ketchum. Very nice people. Very nice price. Very nice stay. I highly recommend.

This property was absolutely perfect for my stay in Sun Valley / Ketchum. It was cozy with very easy access to the area for skiing and other activities. The hosts were delightful and provided a good array of supplies and amenities. It was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Cable TV was excellent; internet was also excellent. I will definitely stay here again if my future travel brings me to the Sun Valley area.

We had a great time at Terry and Maria’s cozy VRBO ! It’s in the perfect location, close to downtown Ketchum and less than a five minute drive to the ski resort. We were able to walk everywhere! And there were plenty of thoughtful touches that the hosts included. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place for 2 in Sun Valley
Easy check in. Excellent location. Comfortable and clean property. Owners accessible but not intrusive. Nice coffee set up. Safe. Easy walk to Main Street restaurants and bars. Great neighborhood. Washer and dryer nice to have but didn’t use. Good hairdryer and nice water pressure.

Terry and Maria have an awesome location close to downtown Ketchum. Parking was perfect for one vehicle, the check in process was a breeze, the space was clean and had all the amenities I needed for my trip. The studio is private with a shared front door. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We came to Ketchum to attend a wedding at Sun Valley. The resort was a short 5 minute drive. We loved the location being so close to everything in Ketchum. Terry and Maria were wonderful hosts. The studio had exactly what we needed.

Terry & Maria were wonderful and welcoming! The studio was the perfect spot to stay...clean, cozy, and close to everything in town. The only thing I'd warn anyone about...this may not be the best place for light sleepers, or those that wish to sleep in. The trash truck came 2 mornings in a row around 6:30am and makes quite a racket. Other than that, this comfortable unit (with an extremely comfortable bed) had it all and was exactly what I needed. Thanks again, Maria & Terry! 🙏

Hi Dianne that truck was picking up the hotel dumpster. And it comes once it gets full. Ours comes on Tuesday mornings.

Perfect Birthday getaway
Maria and Terry were incredible hosts! They were so incredibly welcoming to my wife and me for her birthday. The studio is the perfect size for two and in such a convenient location that you can walk or bike anywhere in town. If you have the chance to book a stay with these excellent hosts, do yourself a favor and book.
